Went there Lazer acted funny fender flare piece broken said they had liability ins took appraiser 3 weeks to look said not there fault never go there again said if them mirror would have been hit also?

I bring my pilot here even though I live in New Hampshire because this places not only washes your car at a very reasonable price but they also dry it. Great staff

So had a huge Amelia Bedeilia moment and thought I tossed a check in the trash yesterday. Whoever is working today offered to take a look for me and called me right back which was so much more than I expected when I called to see if they’ve changed them so I could come take a look myself. SO APPRECIATED. Doesn’t seem like a lot but when you’re in a panic an hour away at work it really is.

(Regarding auto-wash touchless) Unable to get card out of reader. By time I was able to, undercarriage wash which I paid more for was completed. Spot free rinse was only too and right side, no left. Double soak was non-existent. Upgrades did nothing vs the standard. Don’t bother. Go elsewhere. Gave 2 stars during wash. Downgraded to 1 star after wash.

I was using the self-service car wash. I place in more than ten quarters and starting washing my truck. Heard the first beep and added more. Missed the second beep and went o place more quarters in and then realized I did not have enough quarters or any more dollars to exchange. Went to speak the attendant and he told me I should have known better and that I could not get my dollar back.

This place has gone way down hill. Use to be the go to place to shine her up. Now change machine never works, no wax or brush in bays. And to boot the soap doesn't work until you have less than a minute left. Then all of a sudden soap all over your car so you have to put more money in to rinse. This place is a scam definitely needs some management to be the spot again. Would give it NO STAR if available. DO BETTER!

We’ve lived in the area now for over a year and the service us never been good. The guy at the gas station never had change, the change machine is out of order more often than it functions. The place is dirty and appears rarely cleaned up after the prior days cleaning. But it’s the only self serve spray wash around.

I’ve come here dozens of times for the touch-less car wash. An honest 8 times out of 10 the machine will not take a credit card. Tried multiple times with multiple cards and it never works. Only kept coming back because it’s convenient to my house. Well I’m done coming here at this point. Car wash doesn’t even do that good of a job in the first place.

Self service bay was horrible. None of the features they even offered worked. They had all the options besides rinse & high powered soap unavailable. On top of that, the swivel the hoses were on in the ceiling looked like they were going to snap off at any second, & one of them wouldn't even rotate fully...so I had walk partially around the car & then walk back around the same way I came to get the rest of the car. I'll definitely be continuing my search for a better self service wash. The only up side I can give this place is it's a bit cheaper (price wise that is, provisions/performance wise it's as cheap as some others) than some of the other places I've been to.
