Accidentally left my debit card in the cup holder because I thought I’d pay upfront rather than after, I came back and while they were cleaning the interior no one touched my card at all and left it there when they easily could’ve just taken it and caused me tons of headaches. Much gratitude towards the guys here.

The guy who helped us take the order and charge me was great. But everyone else sucked. They clean the car with their eyes closed i am guessing cuz they didn't even get obvious dirt in the car to wipe it down. I know some will say detail it clean. A wipe and a good vacuum should be enough.

I use this wash multiple times per week due to its proximity to where my work is located. I pay for the most expensive plan as well. This wash, compared to others is garbage. For example. When going through the wash it’ll put the smallest amount of bubbles/soap then immediately it gets sprayed off before any of the side spin cleaners or overhead cleaners touch the vehicle. You proceed through it sprays more bubbles. Immediately rinsed off then the overhead brush goes over your car with just water. None of the brushes actually get soap on them to clean your car. The location at thunderbird and 83rd is the complete opposite. Soaks your car in suds and the brushes go over them with soap on them. It’s a much better clean. I wish corporate would see this and do something about this location. I’d love to see it shine like the others.

Andrew at the 99th Ave/McDowell location is great! Always SUPER friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I never feel pressured when I come here like I have at other car washes or even other Superstar locations. This location isn’t even the closest one to my house, but absolutely worth the extra miles. Went there yesterday to get my car washed. Dirt still over the trunk and the grill is filthy. Usually there’s someone at the end of the line to wipe down the car. I waited forever and no one came. I guess I saved the $5 tip I usually them but honestly feel like I could have done a better job at home.

The cashiers deliberately hung up in my face because I was asking too many questions. When I proceeded to have my daughter called to ask these questions because I’m also working so I couldn’t look it up and I use my hands to work so my daughter is asking these questions and they put her on hold so we called back and she does it again we called nine times. so when I do pull up, I’m even more irritated and annoyed just for them to tell us. Oh, you can’t do it. It’s exceeded the timeframe, deliberately disrespectful and unprofessional and all the manager did was like oh I’ll talk to the cashier talking about maybe it was a different cashier. I doubt it with the 30 minutes you didn’t change your cashier and I was in the store just for her to still put me on hold. I literally have a recording of me calling and she puts it on hold disrespectful

I just picked up my friend's truck. I was surprising him for father's day. I don't have time to take it back right now because I have plans. It was supposed to be a complete detail interior and exterior. Some of the truck looks pretty good but for the most part I am really disappointed. The interior is drenched in armor all. They didn't even wipe off the steering wheel. The windows look horrible. Including tip I paid almost $300! I should have taken a closer look before I gave a tip. I had someone waiting for me to take me back to my car. Horrible.

Great experience at this location. Ivan made sure my issue was resolved without hesitation. Jimmy made sure everything was handled with care and was very welcoming throughout the process. Most of all, I want to give special thanks to Seffe (hope I’m spelling it right) for the outstanding detailing work he did on my car. The attention to detail was amazing — my car looks better than I expected, inside and out. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. Thanks again Seffe for your hard work! I highly recommend!

I’ve done quick washes and full details and every time they go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of no matter how bad my vehicle is. Do not go here.... Be warned, took my cadillac escalade in perfect condition on sunday 10/19/25. They put a huge long scratch in the passenger side and still looked like dirty. The manager will come up with every excuse as to why it wasn't their fault. No offers to get it repaired or fix or to make it right.

I drive the extra couple miles to go to this one specifically. The people here are always so nice and helpful. Christopher A has amazing customer service and is very professional. He helped me take the marker off my car(after it was towed). He didn’t have to take the time to do that but he did!! Come to this location!!

Needed a little wash, wanted to try this place out. Christopher the Advisor was great 5/5 ⭐️, went with the 33$ Mega Star Wash. Drove through the tunnel and handed over the keys to the Carwash associate. Cashier girl was very nice and happy to help me get $10 cash back. The final product, was okay but expected a little more, passenger side panels were not wiped down. Lots of water residual in the mirror and the usual areas. For $43 I will not repeat. The guy next to me started self cleaning his truck, apparently same story with his vehicle.

I visited Superstar Car Wash today and paid $32 total ($27 for the wash and $5 for a tip), but unfortunately, my vehicle on the inside looked virtually as unchanged as when I arrived. The outside of the car, which I drove through the exterior portion of the wash myself, looked fine. When I left my keys to wait inside for them to complete the interior portion of the wash, I returned after about 30 minutes and the interior still had visible dust, dirt, and debris throughout — including the floor mats, seats, cupholders, and storage areas. The photos I've attached were taken after the wash was completed. I immediately returned to the location to express my concerns, but the experience only became more disappointing. The manager was dismissive, rude and unprofessional, stating that they were “not responsible for washing the mats or seats” and that I should “read the sign better.” When I requested a refund, he refused, claiming that their services had already been completed. There was one very helpful worker that was exceedingly apologetic. He stated that he was new and that I was the fourth customer to come back that day and complain about the quality of service received that day. I wish I had gotten his name, because he did his job well and I appreciated that very much. I very rarely go to these lengths to complain about services, but I feel that it is warranted due to such poor service. I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I was provided and I will not be returning. I've already escalated this complaint to corporate management as well.

I wanted to get my sister's car detailed, exterior and interior. I went the $250 package, clay bar and caranuba. Admittedly the interior of her vehicle had visually and olfactorily signs of pets, hence the detailed interior. The carwash person who assisted me and looked at her vehicle to give me a price stated it would necessarily be the full price of $250 due to the condition previously stated. I agreed and paid, since it was 4 hours till closing I stated I would return the following morning. Upon next day check-in, I presented the gift card establishing I had previously paid, the carwash attendant stated wash with caranuba wax and interior detail. I corrected, stating I had purchased the full $250 detail with clay bar and interior detail. It took almost 6 hours to get her vehicle done. The result did not effect their namesake, not Superstar! I could have done a better job at home in half the time. I was very upset and disillusioned by any sense of quality that $250 could purchase at this establishment. Pet hair was still highly visible in the interior, surfaces were not wiped down properly and the application of excessive amounts of vinyl protectant is not detail cleaning. I highly do not recommend.
