I think this car wash does a decent job and they work quickly. My most recent visit was a free one. You get your 11th one free. The free wash is equal to the least expensive wash of the previous 10. It still cost me $7. I didn’t think about it until I got home. Even though I clearly told the person when I checked in that I wanted ‘the works’ package. It got entered as a ‘shine/protect package’, which was more. Be sure they charge you for the right thing when you go in. I’ve never done anything but ‘the works’. I don’t even look at their board when I go in. I just ask for that one package.

Every time I go it’s the same thing.. my car doesn’t get clean from the inside .. terrible job!! It’s cheaper to just do it on your win and just use the self car wash at a gas station

Went in for a car wash, my car wasn’t dirty as much, literally got it back worse than it was!!! Bugs weren’t even wiped off, guy said it’s because the longer on car they cant come out. HELLLO, it’s a new car just for it 2 weeks ago. Inside wasn’t wiped down at all, still dust, seats not wiped down. Guy said lady had vision problems. Didn’t get what i paid for. Truly disappointed. DONT GO THERE.

This is the most ridiculous 'car wash' I have ever been to. Apparently, my car was 'too dirty' to vacuum and wipe down the inside. Due to a visit to the beach the previous weekend. If I wanted either of those services, which are included in the original price, I would have to pay $30 extra. Bringing my total to nearly $80. She also opened the car next to us that was completely spotless and said 'see?!', to try to embarrass me? Or which indicated that they want completely spotless cars to come in so that they can do as little work as possible? Why else would I go to a car wash if my car wasn't in need of a wash? Backed out of line, went to a different car wash (Lafayette Car Wash & Detail Center), same price, took care of everything no problem, even taking out all my mats, cleaning them, and underneath. I would give zero stars to this place if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rant over.

A rare situation for me today I found that my vehicle had a light indicator my electric break system was damaged after getting a detail service this weekend. I went and spoke with manager regarding the damage and I requested they help pay for the service due to the problem happened in their location. It's a 17 year model car under 60,000 MLS I explained that the electrical buttons were damaged from moisture and that I'm sure it happened at the location he dismissed the problem saying I waited too long and I told him i was told to wait 24hrs to let it dry so I left it a day and today took it out for a drive when I noticed the damage. He said that all they can do is give me a refund and with electric matters they do not repair because they are not s mechanic shop and said that I would have to go to a shop and fix it on my own. I understand that they can not fix it at their location but you can take responsibility and have a professional tell us what the case was. I paid over 200 for a new battery and several other purchases and I am almost sure it was their fault. Please reconsider any interior washes because you can also become a victim of foul play.

This car wash used to be very good but lately has gone down in service. Now they are just interested in getting as many cars completed as possible as fast as possible. They treat every car with the same level of service wheather you paid the base line $10 or $60+ dollars. I have excepted the cost of getting my truck cleaned that's why when I pay that cost I expect some level of service that comes with it. I would like to just wash it myself but I just don't have the time. I am not expecting it to be immaculate but I shouldn't have to contemplate having to wash my truck after taking it to get it washed. I am not looking to bash this spot I am sure they do well with smaller vehicles. However, if your looking for a place that won't make you feel like you've wasted your money this is not the place for you.

First time getting a car wash at this establishment , the service was speedy, and i was in and out in 15 mins. Staff were friendly and nice... but the quality of work was poor and disappointing. I took my vehicle in and got the soft cloth service, which is the lowest price option, understandanding it's the lowest price service, The car wasn't filthy to begin with, to sum it up the car still had half wiped windows, dirt marks at the bottom of the doors were still there, lint left all over the inside, and streaks of water that should had been wiped, again I understand that I didn't pay for top dollar service BUT! That doesn't mean that the quality of work needs to be below average..... take pride in the work paying customers are paying for... if I'm paying for a car wash, regardless of the price, I should still get a washed car....

This place should get zero star due to unprofessionalism. They did a horrible car wash on my car, I paid for shine and protect, along with seat cleaning inside. They manager told me. He cant help me clean the car any better because, its not like I paid for a detailed wash car, And if I paid more money they would clean the rims better for me. $5dolloars for each Rim.also he made a statement I was picking out on every little mistake.when I told him I paid money for all this, he said he cant help me anymore. And walked away.Shine and protect is the highest price they have listed here. Unprofessionalism. WOW.. WASTED MY $54.99

Took a VA police vehicle here to get their $70 wash and detail.... All they did on the inside was vacuum the floor and seats(barely) and throw armor all over the black surfaces. INCLUDING THE FLOOR! which is rubberized, so it was like having your feet on ice. Very unsafe while driving. Didn’t even clean/vacuum the guage cluster or instrument panels/components. Left all the dust and debris the car was brought in to have cleaned. 70$ for them to vacuum the seats floor and douse the wheels/inside with grease to make it “look good”. Still bewildered as to how they thought putting all of that armor all on a rubber floor was smart. All pictures show no change from when the car was brought in and after a 70$ “detail.”

I do have to say they are expensive. I went to this car wash twice and my vehicle was not properly clean (after paying almost $50.00 ) for a car wash. Also I do have to say the people that supposedly dry the vehicles are not very friendly and very rude. I would advice to their upper management to teach their workers to be friendly when asked a question and not get a rude feed back.

I wanted to give a full 5 star rating but for $80 to do a half tail job…that’s a half rating! The wait was not long! The employees were nice and helping since it had been my first time! I was pleased with the results but a little annoyed with the inside, if they specialize In detailing then I was expecting my steering wheel, cup holder area and other compartments to be polished…especially for $80.

Decent wash spot though I would either go very basic or full detail. Their middle tier washes don’t seem to get any extra interior attention so the extra cost only makes sense if you want shiny wheels or more spray on protection. But the basics get a nice wash, vacuum and wipe down and all done pretty quick.

It’s a little expensive if you want the full service which includes carpet and seat shampoo and clean but it’s worth it. They take their time to detail your entire car. They are very friendly too. Much friendlier than some of the customers that I watched come in as I was waiting for my minivan to be finished. There are probably like 30 employees there at one time so they are definitely fast when it comes to getting cars taken care of. Sometimes three or four people could be working on your vehicle at the same time.

I was told for $160 will get a full interior wash for a small Prius taking 1 hour (i accepted). 2 hours if i wanted exterior wax which i declined. I waited for almost 4 HOURS and left immediately when got the car because i was now 2 hours behind schedule. When i got the car it was soaked inside. Pool of water under the gas pedal and passenger area. I have left the all doors and trunk open and inside is soaked and at its still wet!!! Dirty armrest, door handle, head liner. Seats soaked. I think they didnt even bother to wet vacuum. They didnt even rinse the exterior . Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend!

Amazing service. I came at 5:30pm and wanted a full car wash and the works with waxing and interior shampooing but it was too late but they allowed me to pay early that day to get the full service the next day. 80% of the time my car was there 4 to 5 people was servicing my car at the end you can telll the car was beautiful. The interior was beautiful the outside was spotless beside the area where the back license plate was it was still dirty in that area. The reason why I am giving them 5 stars because customer service was awesome, interior was flawless and they allowed me to touch up the car myself on the outside. Other places charge $850 what they did at a mere $209. For the price it is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend

You get what you pay for, I guess. The price here for a full service wash is way cheaper than other places…I now know why. The quality of service is lousy to be honest. I still had stains and spots on the inside and outside of my car. One the exterior, you can clearly see where they didn’t wipe. The inside still had dust on the dashboard. It was clearly a rushed and lazy job. If you want excellent service, go ahead and pay that extra money somewhere else. This place is good to come to if you need a touch up or basic vacuum and wash. The staff was friendly though….ill give them that.

The most horrible clean up ive seen so far Paid $36 AND MY CAR was hardly vacuumed lots stains and things that could be easily cleaned weren't even touched. They didn't even try to clean it and ask me to upgrade to a $100 clean up if I want it cleaned
