Ralph was referred to me by my local garage that doesn’t do transmission work. We spoke before my car was brought in. He discussed what the issues MIGHT be and gave me an idea of what the cost COULD be. Once he had my car and did his evaluation, he researched how much the replacement part would be and was able to give me a better estimate. Ralph kept me in the loop the whole time and was very prompt in returning calls. He even called me the week after I picked up my car to make sure it was working well! My 2009 Lexus is250 had 120k on it and it was time for a transmission flush so not a lot of shops do this including my mechanic so went on Google and did my research and found superior transmission read all the good reviews but still I was skeptical because I never been to this shop before so I made an appointment and brought my car in Ralph made everything clear to me also explained that car would be in good hands and it was thru the whole process Ralph made sure to keep me updated on what was happening next also they took there time with the job they did not rush the process which is rare in mechanic shops now a days they made sure the job was done the right way so if you need a transmission flush or etc this is this place to go to five stars for me!★★★★★ 6 months ago

Ralph and his team have the best communication and service out of pretty much any auto shop I’ve been to. My car’s transmission went right after I bought it, and I brought it to a few different spots but no one helped me out like Ralph did, so that’s why I went with Superior. He was very kind & understanding, gave me multiple options to go about everything, and it just seemed he gave me his 100% during the whole time working with me.
