Almost every other shop told me it would take 5–7 days. Sushi Autobody didn’t just understand my situation—they showed up for me. They worked incredibly hard and fixed my car within 24 hours, something I honestly didn’t think was possible. Even though the overall process took time, they kept helping me again and again, guided me through everything, and even provided a car so I wouldn’t be stranded. That kind of care and humanity is rare. I’ll never forget how much they helped me during a really stressful moment in my life. Truly grateful. Highly, highly recommended.

Wow!! Susi Auto Body turned a rather unfortunate experience into a very positive one! Thank you Jimmy and team for your attention to detail, your care and communication, and for your professionalism, from start to finish. From the very beginning, Susi was spot-on in terms of getting the car towed to the shop, getting an estimate completed and reviewed with my insurance adjuster, and getting the work underway. Jimmy and his team worked hard to move this repair along efficiently, knowing I had to travel from out-of-state to retrieve the car. The car was finished ahead of schedule and frankly, the quality of the repairs, paint work, and cleanliness of car were truly impressive. I rarely provide on-line reviews, but this work by Susi Auto Body really deserves the best. I would highly recommend Susi Auto Body services without reservation!

Twenty-four hours after landing in Boston from vacation in Cancun, I was rear-ended on I-93 South by a driver who had received his temporary license that very day and had rented a BMW SUV just 90 minutes before crashing into my car. From start to finish (and even beyond), my experience with Tony at Susi Auto Body was outstanding in every possible way. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Tony kept me perfectly informed with timely text updates, including when parts arrived and as each stage of the repair progressed. The shop and garage area are spotless, and when I picked up my car, it had been detailed to look even better than when I bought it. What truly sets Susi apart is the follow-through. Just two days after the repair, I began having battery issues and had to jumpstart my car multiple times. Tony welcomed me back without hesitation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the battery the same day. Susi Auto Body is a tremendous asset to Liberty Mutual. It’s clear why they’re part of Liberty’s SSP (Superior Service Program), as well as Geico’s ARX and Farmers’ PAS networks. My car got hit in a pretty good sized accident and these guys did an outstanding job on the repair. It looks even better than the pre accident condition. The bodywork is perfect, paint match is spot on, and the car was extremely clean when i picked it up today. Seriously impressed. Having worked at an auto body shop myself, Im always skeptical bringing my car to new shops and having work done. But honestly, these guys did a great job. Jimmy was the main guy I dealt with and he was awesome. He kept me in the loop the whole time, handled the insurance nonsense, and was super easy to talk to. Everyone else there was great too, friendly and on top of it. 10/10 would recommend!
