I saw all the great reviews and I figured “ OK I’ll try it”. If I could give it more than five stars I would. I swear to you I was in and out of the place in seven minutes. I am really really impressed! Everyone there was polite and respectful. I just wish more businesses in Cape Coral conducted themselves with such professionalism.

I sent an them an email from the website, and did get a response from Lucas, the manager. It did not answer a question I had, so I tried to call but no answer. I ended up going by and they were not too busy, so I was able to get my transmission serviced quickly and reasonably priced. Evidently they are having phone trouble, so I am glad I just drove in. The tech (Dom) was very polite, and the manager (Bryan) very informative. When it is time for an oil change, will definitely return to Swift Lube. Thanks! Just went in for an oil change a few days ago. Quick service, No Muss No Fuss! Bryan and the team are on the case! Thanks!

Had a great experience here today. Just needed an oil change and the guy (wish I had his name, but a younger guy) took me in right away and let me know he'll have it done in 10-15 min. Price was good and he said my tires were really low so he filled them all. That really helps because of my busy schedule. Thank you

Xzayvier and Brian did my oil change. Fast, and friendly. Had a Google coupon but when I told them they informed me they had one for me if I didn’t. Now too me that’s good customer service. I’ve used them prior to Swift Lube doing oil changes, in fact had my brakes done there. So I’ve been a longtime customer. Great bunch of guys

So first, good things. In terms of the actual service and customer experience, Swift Lube was pretty flawless. The staff was nice and assisted me immediately. The price for my oil was also $30 cheaper than what I get at Valvoline, so I felt like my money was well spent. However, I need to give this one but if advice to management. Please, for the love of God, clean your waiting room. It's actually disgusting. Dirt and grime everywhere, the chairs look like they're moldy, and I felt like I couldn't touch anything out of fear of contracting some unknown disease. The dead Roach in the corner was just the cherry on this... wonderful Sundae. Unlike Valvoline, I'm not allowed to stay in my car while the service is being done, which is fine. But if you're going to make people wait in a room, please ensure that the room they wait in is clean and welcoming. This is my only point of contention. Again, the service was flawless and that's what ultimately matters. I recommend going here if you want a cheap oil change. Just... don't touch anything while you wait.

Every 5k mile I come in for an oil change . This the place I always go. And the guys like u don’t come here. Than he said they under new management and they don’t do BMW oil change. Well I’ll go somewhere else.

This has to be the slowest oil change facility I’ve ever used. As I write this, I’ve been waiting 35 minutes with only one car ahead of me ! Suffice it to say, this isn’t a “10 minute” oil change facility and I’ll seek my oil changes elsewhere. Having said that, their price was more than fair and the staff was friendly. So, if price, and not timeliness is your goal, this place is for you. For myself, I’d gladly pay a premium to get in and out quickly, especially in 95 degree heat. 2 1/2 *s

Agree with all negative post, these people are incompetent they didn't want to remove the under tray of my car so they vacuumed it out from the top, and synthetic oil last more than 3k miles, GRAND OPENING to GRAND CLOSING SOON! THEY SUCK!!

I came to this place to check the rear differential oil and see the condition of the transmission bar. They didn't let me stand outside the premises from where I could see what they were doing. They forced me to wait in the office. In 5 minutes they did everything for me. They charged me 133.88. The bill says "front differential." I don't know. I didn't like the work they say they did. Neither did the place. I just wanted to see how the oil and the bar were. They say they changed the oil because it was bad. I didn't see that and I found it strange how they acted. I don't recommend this place. I never saw any oil movement, just that the guy was under the car for 5 minutes.

We have been coming here for all 4 of our cars for years, but unfortunately, never again. New ownership = crazy new prices! A standard 5-qt, not synthetic, oil-change is now $89.99!!! There are no signs or information displaying the new prices, so beware! I didn't find out until after the oil change was completed so I had no choice to pay. $89.99 and I had to ask them to check and fill my tires and they didn't fill the windshield washing fluid. This is insane. The only positive is the great and friendly staff, as always.

I use to bring my car here for years since 2019 when I moved back to Cape Coral, never had an issue. New owner the price bumped from 69.00 to 108.00 not to mention my oil change light didn't come on yet but my car ran out of oil and I have no leaks I have a sportage turbo not he basic so the oild volume is different I had to rush my car to Walmart and pick up some oil and pour it in before heading home. I will take my service elsewhere to Walmart they are cheaper.

So happy WalMart didn't have time to do my oil change. First visit with this company. They did a great job. They showed me the engine filter before recommending a change. Did a full service oil change while I waited in the car. Same price as WalMart! They worked quickly and made me feel that I can trust their service. I will be back to this location. I highly recommend you check them out too.
