We saw a video on FB and my DD said she wanted to have her bday there. Since we had never been, we did a intro class to see how she liked it. Well she loved it and we booked a party for 3 months in advance. We just had it this weekend and Nick and Paul did a FABULOUS job. The parents told me after that their kiddos want to have their party there too. The kids had so much fun and I was glad to be able to customize it for our liking. See ya soon guys!!

This place is awesome! Getting my son out from behind the screen and instead, challenging himself physically and mentally. We had a wonderful one-on-one session with Frank (the best!) who helped my son identify his strengths and areas he most wanted to improve. Now we're creating a weekly class schedule based on both. We had a great time at my son's 9th birthday party! The kids loved getting to play on all the equipment, especially jumping off the climbing tower into the air bag. Nick was great, very energetic and upbeat. He did an awesome job entertaining the kids and making them all feel successful!

We had my son's birthday party here with 20 other 6 and 7-year olds and I cannot say enough wonderful things! The kids had a blast (and were sweaty and exhausted by the end of it!) and it was so easy to do set-up for pizza and cake. The staff here are amazing with kids and kept them engaged with lots of games and activities for the entire time. We will definitely be back for some of their classes and family nights that they offer!

We did our first class today. My six year old loved it! We ended up signing up for an event the same day. The front desk was super helpful throughout the whole process. This is great place for kids who need a creative physical outlet that isn't sports. He is excited for his future classes!

We just had our sons 5th birthday party here today. We had an amazing time doing the nerf war. Paul, was a great host and did a wonderful job with the mini parkour lesson. They also let us bring in our Mega blaster for the nerf war. Highly recommend for all kids and adults!

We had my son’s 7th birthday at swift and it was great! 2 hours of kids literally running around and being crazy. Nick, who ran the party is fantastic with the kids and keeps them moving and engaged. He was super easy to communicate with, too! Would recommend hosting a party here!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner, staff and coaches are all fantastic human beings - kind, patient, supportive and encouraging. I love the vibes and the community they foster. My 6-year old daughter has been taking parkour lessons there for about 4 months, and I have been incredibly impressed by the number of times a staff member or coach has gone out of their way to give her support and encouragement when she is experiencing anxiety or "big feelings" over something she is struggling with. I am also excited to get more involved with the fitness and mobility options for adults!

“Best birthday ever” was what my son said after his birthday party at Swift Movement. Nick B. and Coach Paul get top marks for their work coordinating the event and balancing time between birthday festivities, safety and most importantly fun for the kids and adults as well. The 2 hour time slot worked great for our needs but I think we’ll do a longer time slot in the future (the adults had way more fun playing nerf than originally anticipated).

Perfect gym for my kids! They get an amazing workout each time. The instructors really take the time to explain and demonstrate each move. My kids are learning new skills, which is giving them more confidence. The gym offers a stacked class list, which is great for our schedule. My one complaint is the parking lot. The spots near the gym seem adequate unless there are multiple full classes and the businesses in front of the building sometimes block the entrance to the parking lot.

One of the best parkour gyms I’ve been to! Super super helpful for absolute beginners and people who have been training for many years. We went to an adult birthday party and had men and women of all skill levels and we all came away sweatier and smiling. Very fulfilling and I highly recommend if you have or haven’t tried parkour.

This place is super cool! Our 7 year old is very active, rough and tumble, and we've been looking at something constructed for her energy, also something that would build internal motivation and confidence. We did the open house today and are joining the monthly program!

We heard about this place and finally found time to visit, it was a delight. There are amazing instructors and a fun facility. The classes fit exactly the kind of movement we are looking for to improve our fitness and skills. We signed up for the all-access membership and have not regretted it.
UPDATE: After being members for almost a year, this place has really been a joy. The staff are friendly and helpful, encouraging growth at an individual level. I cannot recommend this enough. Don't forget about the adult classes too, you are not to old to be in control of your body!

Our family absolutely loves Swift! The course they have set up for parkour is awesome, the coaches are all amazing, knowledgeable, and super friendly. My son has been doing youth parkour here for a few weeks now and it's definitely something we all look forward to each week. Hoping to get some more of our kiddos involved in the future. I would 100% recommend this place to parents looking to get their kids into something active and fun and to any adults looking for the same. They offer a variety of different classes for everyone at a pretty reasonable price considering what they do here. ♥️
