Tried scrubbing 3 times with the brush, hard enough i was flexing the panels, to remove light grime and couldn't get it clean. When I went to the website to find my receipt, it wouldn't give the city I was in as an option. This is a company vehicle that I need receipts for to get reimbursed. So I paid $20 to get a not clean van and can't retrieve my receipt for reimbursement. Won't be returning.

Went to this car wash this morning to get all the snow and ice off my car from yesterday's snow fall. This was not the case at this car wash. Ice under my wheel well as well as the roof of my car and trunk. They must not use warm water at this car wash. Would not recommend using this wash if you are trying to get a clean car in the winter snowy months!

First time going here, went based off of the reviews. It is $2 to start like everyone has said. Took $6.50 to get my truck decently cleaned. Wasted prob 2 minutes on the bug solution to work. It never did so that was frustrating.

The rollers in the automatic wash aren’t very good, they couldn’t clean a lot of stuff that was on my car and the dryers weren’t functional.

Worst car wash I have ever been to, I'm a Marine corps veteran 2 tours in Afghanistan and all for what to get treated like worthless trash and have My 6 and 3 year Olds told to shove off by this worthless owner who because I bring a old camper to I'm cleaning up to flip and my suv to clean take $40 out the atm across the street go to his bill changer get my $20 in gold coins he shows up and starts going off like I'm trying to leave it at his car wash or something I tell him I'm cleaning it I'm spending money there's not a single other person there. He says to hurry I get 2 vacuums done and he comes notching telling us to leave to leave or he's calling the cops I tell him I have money to spend 2 cars to clean what is your problem and he says to shove off...never in my life what kind of owner wouldn't be happy to have someone with 2 large vehicles to cl ean at there car was he said he didnt need my $2 well buddy I had a lot mote than that to spend. But since he doesn't need money I hope no one goes to this car wash ever again a trash person who disrespect veterans and there family's shouldn't be allowed to make money in this country

Used the self wash to do a quick cleaning of my SUV. We are talking spray soap, quick foam brush and wax spray... I was charged $15, I've never spent $15 at a self wash ever. Believe me if I was going to spend that type of money on a wash I wouldn't have self washed in 30degree weather, I would have gone through the automated... Owner replied very quickly it's my fault for not seeing the posted $15 limit. I was tired and just overlooked it. The wash did get my SUV very clean, all chemicals were functioning and it was a clean establishment. It was well lit for 230am. Will return!

Very good car wash. The owner does a great job in keeping the place operational, clean and stocked. I work for a limo company and visit this car wash on average about ten times a week at all hours of the day. Also have noticed it feels comfortable and safe even at 2:00 AM.Thanks Syd's Car Wash for always being on point.

RIPOFF. Using self serve bay was charged $2 per minute. A 9 minute wash cost $18 and the second time I came here got charged $10 for a quick soap and rinse. Stupidly high cost compared to everywhere else. The Camelot wash is about $1 per minute and the expensive Autowash on Indiana is $1.15 per minute.

Good self-serve bays, paid about what I expected. I used about 10 minutes worth of time to thoroughly wash my Toyota Highlander and was charged about $8 which I thought was reasonable. Accepts credit cards.

I did the automatic car wash for $8. Checked my statement and was actually charged $10. The car wash was so sketchy and old and it RIPPED my crossbars in half and flung them off my car scrapping my hood and damaging it to pieces. This needs to be shut down because no other automatic car wash has had issues with my crossbars.

Just went here for the first time. I was able to clean my car for $2.50. There is a $2.00 minimum to start the machine but once it starts you can just put money in before the timer is done. The facility was clean and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed this place :)

I live in the mountains and stopped here after an appointment to spray the gunk off my car. First, it was empty when I arrived which was really nice not having to wait. It was a warm day in the middle of the week. Next, I didn't have any issue with the payment system. You do have to hit the small button to stop the charges at the end, and the button is not easy to see. It's a small silver button, where other washes have a large red button. But it's there. The only issue I had was that hardly any soap came out of the high pressure wash. My car didn't have any suds on it at all, and I was wondering if anything was actually coming out. The water is clean water. (I have been to other washes where my car looked worse after spraying it). I didn't have any dirt streaks which meant the water was clean. I completely forgot to take pictures, but it's easy to find and easy to exit.

Does not provide an undercarriage rinse. So, more less useless when it comes to washing off your vehicle after snow and removing magnesium chloride & salt

Bought the most expensive automatic car wash here. It was over in about 30 seconds and didn't clean my car at all. This place is a waste of money & time and I will never go here again. I reached out for a refund and no one responded. Don't waste your money!
