These people are scam artists. They do a lot of insurance fraud. I saw the owner who is always rude talk to his own employees so disrespectfully!!! I was outraged. They mean nothing to him. He takes advantage of them obviously!! He is prejudice in multiple ways!!! He takes advantage of ethnically diverse customers! Don’t trust them they are racist! Don’t go there, you will get screwed in so many ways….overcharges and IGNORANCE to say the least.

I let someone borrow my car unknowingly aware of their legal issues. My car was impounded to them. I couldn't have been more blessed that this company was the one I had to go to. They worked with me when it seemed like odds were against me financially and legal wise. They saved me so much money and helped me more than any company would.

Visiting Connecticut from Florida over the Holidays, a memorable and beautiful snowy night quickly turned into a nightmare as Icy roads caused our borrowed family vehicle to pinball off a concrete barrier, leaving the car and my family stranded on the highway at midnight the day after Christmas...not so Merry. With the storm, Covid and the Holidays all happening, no tow company in the area would even answer their phones...except for Mike at T&M Auto. Despite being the Holidays and all employees calling in for the night, Mike was there to get us back to our hotel and the car back to his garage. He diagnosed the issue the next day and got the car fixed quickly, correctly and for a fair price, but more importantly..... he was an honest, good person that made my family feel safe and thankful. I hope to never need a tow again, but I can say Mike and T&M were there when we needed them the most! Thanks!

An unfortunate situation that turned out not so bad thanks to T&M and the owner Mike. My car was totaled an hour and a half away from home. Mike was super informative and sympathetic on the phone and in person. His patience and guidance were very much appreciated. I felt as if he had my best interest in mind the whole time, he provided me with options and different scenarios in dealing with my totaled vehicle. A pleasure to do business with. Two months after my not at fault accident, they gave back my vehicle broken, all alarms and lights turned on immediately. Had to turn it back in. After another month, the owner agreed to tow my vehicle "first thing tomorrow, 9am" to trade it in broken, since my transmission magically stopped working. At 130 pm I got a call from his wife saying the tow was at dropoff, but i had to settle all bills immediately, no call back option, or else driver would turn around and I would owe more for the tow back. No leeway for being in a meeting at work, which I had to leave to make the payment to avoid additional fees; then they filed with insurance to cover the tow i paid for... It felt like blackmail. Insurance supplemental had wrong vin (per allstate) so claim was never updated and sat in limbo for over a month which led to me paying $3000 out of pocket for a rental, every day after the incomplete repair. Owner offered his personal cell and time to help resolve issues but rarely answered texts or calls, never after the tow. For not being at fault, being out over $4000 stings. Thanks guys. My fault for trusting the process i guess.

HIGHLY recommend. My car was backed into by a plow and needed a tail light replaced as well as some body work. T&M also had the pleasure of dealing with my apartment complexes management office since they were at fault.. LOL. Through it all, all the back and forth and telephone tag T&M were beyond patient and caring. I can tell they were really looking out for me over my apartment complex. The work done by Jason and Mike was stellar. Fern and Mike's partner are fabulous. This shop has a very much local mom and pop feel and you feel put at ease that the work will be done right. No BS, no upcharge... Just honest work. I would recommend to anyone that needs body work.

Seriously, I can't say enough good things about them! My Jeep Liberty from 2012 needed some serious front-end work after a messed-up wheel speed sensor led to finding bad wheel bearings, rusty wheel hubs, torn CV joints, and totally corroded axle nuts. The dealership's quote was insane, but T&M did the job for 36% less. That saved me a ton of money! Plus, they finished it all in just one day. Considering how much work there was, including some serious effort to get those axle nuts off, one day was amazing. The dealership wanted at least three days. I'm so happy with the work, the service, and how professional they were. I totally recommend them for any car stuff. Thanks, Adam, Mike, and Fern! (Picture for attention)
