This place is a joke went in an hour before closing and they said they couldn't help me . All I needed was a tire mounted on a rim. Aren't you a tire store?

I went in to have new tires put on at this location. About 30 minutes into my appointment, I received a call saying they couldn’t find the lug nut key after searching my glove box, center console, and the spare tire area. I was told the only option was to cut the lug nuts and pay for replacements, which added over $200 to my bill. When I got my car back, I checked myself and found the key sitting exactly where it should have been—in the spare tire area. After speaking with the manager, I was told they “don’t look in that area,” which directly contradicted what I was told the day of service. I was told they had spent at least 20 mins looking in all of the spaces. Because of their lack of care, I paid over $200 I shouldn’t have, lost my locking lug nuts, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and I will never return to this store.

Terrible time management. My company uses them for Oil changes on the fleet and everything i make an appointment i still end up waiting for 1 to 1.5 hours. Today I sat for 35min after my appointment time for them to even bring it around to the shop.

Terrible experience. I brought my 2017 Ram in for an inspection due to a noticeable shake at 70 mph, specifically asking them to check the front end and wheels. After their inspection, I was told there were no issues and they couldn't identify the cause of the problem. Fast forward four weeks—I brought the truck to my hometown mechanic (who my family has trusted for years). They quickly discovered multiple issues: stripped wheel lugs, improperly torqued lug nuts, completely worn suspension, bad bushings, and failing ball bearings. After spending $3,000 on the necessary repairs, my truck now drives perfectly. If you’re looking for a shop that will actually diagnose and fix your vehicle properly, I would not recommend this place.

Both cars did not get the tire rotated. Guy was short with me and made excuses. Told me it was probably because of lug nuts. It was not. They are new and have had tire work done there. They did not say it and let me leave after paying for it. Then they did the same with my other car the following wk. I seen this a few weeks later and I don't feel good going back now.

I have been doing To Haas tire business for many years and I've always had very good luck with them. They have great service people and they are always honest and do the best they can. I would recommend using them if you need a tire specialist. In fact, the person that helped us looked into our tires on that particular car found. We had a limited warranty and saved us $80 on a new tire to me. That is good customer service.
