I took my car in about a light that had come on and they looked at it, told me it was a certain part that needed replaced. They ordered the part and let me know when it came in and made it easy to make an appointment. I was quoted a repair time of two to two and a half hours but the time only took an hour and twenty minutes! All the staff there are polite, respectful and their maintenance team is quick.

Made an appointment. I let them know I wanted more than what the website offered me and they gladly did everything that I asked. They kept me in the loop of how long it was going to be. Also they provide an inspection sheet at the end. They won’t start on anything until they have your approval. Very professional and highly recommended to get your vehicle serviced.

All I can say is Thank You lisa Thank You lisa She is an asset She kept me informed every step of the way She never kept me wondering about My van you guys didn’t have the parts to fix my van. She let me you didn’t she let me knw when the parts came in. I had a great experience with Tacoma Nissan this week. Over the weekend my vehicle wouldn’t start. I got on their website and got an appointment first this Monday morning. They were able to provide me a courtesy ride to and from work while they worked on my vehicle. Luckily for me the repair was nothing major. My recent service experience was very positive. Along with scheduled maintenance, they adjusted the emergency brake that another independent garage told me needed a total rebuild saving me a lot of money. Lisa was very easy to deal with. She gave me a couple of discounts I wasn’t aware of. You don’t have that built in fear dealing with them that they want to ring every dollar out of you like a lot of dealerships do. I’m a repeat customer and will return 👍

Wow, I am really impressed with this dealerships service department! We moved from Texas in Jan 2025 and I had had some really awful experiences at a dealership in San Antonio and was nervous about getting anything done here. These guys were amazing!!! I scheduled an appointment online, they got me in at that appointment time, they were efficient, friendly, and not pushy!!! It’s a 2015, there’s always things that need addressing, but they simply text me my services needed from the inspection and I could deny or approve without any pressure!! They were available for any questions I had about the services suggested, but weren’t pushing them on me in any way! In and out so quickly. I dealt with Aden in particular and he’s fantastic! 10/10 recommend! Waiting area is pleasant too!

This was my first visit to this location. I was greeted by Lisa and explained to her what my visit was for. She went over the services that would be done to identify and confirm the problem. She also provided prices for each service as she listed them. This is important and a simple step that many don’t do. They just give you a large number at the end making you feel overwhelmed. I was given a wait time of approximately 90 minutes and I waited on site. I received a detailed link and video that included the issue, rating of the risk of said issue, a concise description and price breakdown. Each issue had a box to approve or deny for service. It would be just my luck that I had several critical issues (my car is ten years old and these issues were actually just routine fix the needed to happen- brakes, spark plugs, etc.). Unfortunately I thought I would be in and out but this wasn’t the case due to the several issues identified. I explained how I couldn’t stay for another 4.5 hours due to reasons not disclosed in this review. Lisa provided an alternate solution for me that allowed my car to be serviced while not disrupting my day or needing another visit. She could have simply stated there’s nothing she can do but didn’t Instead she went above and beyond for a new customer. The communication was clear, timely, and to the point. There was no up selling or trying to trick me into anything. It was genuine and noticeable. That’s how you build customer loyalty. I also interacted with Tom who was just as pleasant to chat with.
