I was recommended to this shop by a relative. Went there and stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One guy was working on a customer’s vehicle, while the other one was on his phone. Once I was finally acknowledged, the guy working on the car told me that someone would be with me, so I returned to my car. After about 20 minutes, a third guy came back from his lunch break and talked about my car issue. Got my information and told me they would call in a couple of days once he got information for parts and cost. Never got a call. Ended up calling the shop after waiting for two weeks. The person who answered the call seemed confused and didn’t know what was going on when I told him I was waiting back on a quote for two weeks. The person on the phone asked me to text their number I called my information again and they would get back to me. It’s been another three days and I got no word back from anyone from the shop. I’m not going to keep calling a shop for business if they don’t want it. Going elsewhere.
