I’m currently switching all of my grocery shopping from Walmart to Target for the following reasons: I was created with a hello the second I walked in the door by an employee. As I’m learning the store I had to ask several associates where some items were. Not only did they tell me but took me to the items to make sure I found what I was looking for. The associate working the self checkout area in was so pleasantly friendly and helpful. I also picked up an item that I purchased online. It was so refreshing to not only have a friendly and helpful associate, but she answered several questions that I had. Target South Cedar Rapids, IA, are so pleasant and not afraid to go the extra mile. After being a Walmart shopper for years this transition to Target has been so stress free and wonderful!! Store and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Keep up the great work!!! This visit was 2/28 12:30PM CST- 1300 CST. Keep up the Amazing work!!

Awesome renovations and the store looks so much larger! I love the new layout and just overall better experience. Now if we could only have wine while we shop after work ! I feel like this has been piloted in other locations!

The customer service was very prompt & courteous. We did not have to wait long to get help. The persons that helped take it to the car were very polite and helpful loading it in our vehicle, They also gave us recommendations on what to do once we got home with our TV.

I always come to this store for the selection and the value as well as the prices. I much prefer my target experience over the experiences I've had at Walmart or any other chain store. The associate seem a lot more friendly and attentive. They actually care about the guest experience!

Generally well stocked. Employees are helpful if you can find one. Not a fan of the self checkouts, but they generally have at least 1-2 checkers available on regular lanes.

This Target store goes as far as exposing your privacy, while trying on clothes, I was in the fitting room, an it does lock from the inside. I had the door closed shut all that time, until a couple of female employees came back there causing the door to slam backwards and then manage to cause the door to the room I was currently in to fly open, an it did not take all of that. When I approached them about it the situation, they just stood there and looked at me and had no remorse for what they've done. They have poor job ethics at this store, they don't know what greetings their customers are, and nothing else. but that's not the major issue here. But this situation was totally out of line. Now I'm letting people know, who care about their private business, do not come here and try on any clothes, because they will violate your privacy and do not care. I'VE BEEN HIGHLY DISRESPECTED BY A SORRY POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS CALLED TARGET!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE!!!!!! Hailey was very rude and rolled her eyes when we asked very politely if she could remove an item that was accidentally scanned twice. She was also giving my friend very rude stares as she was using the self checkout and refused to take her eyes off of anyone but us.

Singled out of 10-15 people and got given a trespass and the cops called on me. Not for stealing but for putting trading cards back in the wrong spot which I didn't know was against any rules. No warning saying you can't do that just tells me I can never come back again which is absurd considering I spend 100$-200$ there everyday

Generally, I like the store, but today I got a starbucks and it was over a dollar more than anywhere else I've gotten it. I asked the girl and she said, because we are under target. Why would I pay more for the same coffee under target?When I get the same thing at hy vee and starbucks for the same price. Hy vee doesn't charge more because they are under hy vee. No wonder there was no line at target. I won't buy one at target again! And I will be sure to spread the word! That makes no sense!!

I love the atmosphere at Target! It doesn't feel stressful like other shopping places. Plus I love the sales they have! And it feels like they have better quality items. I was able to find these adorable cookie cutters that are dishwasher safe as well as the holiday sprinkles I wanted. However, some items that are not on sale can be a bit pricey. I wanted a generic rolling pin and could not find a cheap one. Still, I would recommend Target for most of your shopping needs :)

Extremity dissatisfied after trying to return an item. The item has the receipt and tag attached, they will not return my item as they no longer sell the item. I purchased the item from the store less than 90 days ago this is unacceptable.

First super target I've visited. Honestly, I prefer the regular sized Targets as it took me longer than I thought to find the items I needed. The store itself is much larger and therefore, more time is needed to shop. The store itself is clean, well lit, and well stocked. There was also a plethora of clearance items throughout the store. I found everything I set out to find and more. Bring your walking shoes. 7/10.
