This Target has definitely fallen off. We got there around 7:35 p.m. The floor was really dirty with something sticky extending from the registers all the way down the main aisle past the pharmacy. They are often out of stock; like nearly a whole empty cooler out! There was an ee blocking the aisle (stocking shelves) while he talked on the phone via his Bluetooth earbuds. My wife and I and two other separate customers stood there waiting for him to move his cart over so we could pass. He looked at us, continued stocking the shelves and talking on his phone. There were random misplaced item all over and oft times, the items are in the wrong place so your price is wrong when you pay...when you can FINALLY pay. They are so pressed to make you use self checkout that they simply will NOT open regular registers. We literally counted 5 employees over by customer service/Starbucks talking and laughing while the self checkout line extended past the registers (almost past the makeup to the greeting cards). This is about 8 pm. I tried to get a pic (attached) of the line and how far it reached. It takes an extra 10 minutes but the Target on New Garden is where we go now and we've never had these issues.

Update: had items in the clearance Easter section. Went to checkout and they weren’t ringing up correctly. Associate refused to fix the price. What great customer service. Can’t even get into any of the aisles. What the heck is this? Is this a joke?

First off I'm on crutches. I waited patiently in line an hour this morning for a limited edition starbucks mug, usually for these releases target staff makes sure everyone acts orderly so its fair. A very hateful woman who got there way after me, and was multiple people behind me, ran in front of me and grabbed the very last one available. Target staff did nothing about it, Starbucks staff did nothing about it. Jeff from HR came over and wrote my name down incase he can find another which is very unlikely. This was my only shot at getting this for my girlfriend for christmas. Im VERY disspointed in Target for how this was handled and the fact that they allowed someone to treat me, who is handicapped, literally like shit. If you are handicapped, DONT SHOP HERE. If something is done about it and this is made right, I WILL update this review. Think twice about supporting this company

Food items are constantly expired. Buyer beware - this is a consistent pattern with Target

Poor customer service, and managers that present with attitude when your system/app is glitching. Part of customer service is assisting customers without the attitude, especially when they are explaining an issue. I shop the app all the time, and it has never functioned that way after I placed an order, giving me errors and timing out which is why my order did not push through. Thankful for the help from corporate, although I will never be back to this store. I’ll drive to New Garden from now on.

Target isn’t losing business due to politics. They’re losing business due to the horrible customer service, overpriced products, and lack of assistance in every one of their stores. This location is especially a complete mess. The only thing thats consistent in this store is the Starbucks.

One of the best 🎯 Target locations in the Triad. The layout of the store, the cleanliness, the selection, the checkout process, the in-store pickup and exchanges, grocery, and CVS pharmacy are top-notch. They have pretty amazing 🍅🥦🌽🍎 produce, ❄️frozen foods, and 🍺 beer and 🍷 wine wine in their grocery. They have an amazing 💄👩🎤 makeup and cosmetic section. Also don't sleep on their clothing for adults and kids. They also have a Starbucks in this location. The outside has ♿ handicap accessible parking, they have ramps, and accessible aisles.

I went into target to find Tabitha Brown’s vegan wines, and the shelves were stocked. The employees were very helpful and very nice the cashier as well. I had no problems and the store was clean no attitude from anyone.

If I have to visit Target Lawndale location, just know it is an emergency. They are locking up regular products where you have to find an associate yourself in order to purchase. Lawndale and Wendover are the worst here in Greensboro. If you would like to shop peacefully within a clean organized establishment, head to New Garden! The drive is worth it. This location is always a hazardous mess! With trash absolutely everywhere, lack of organization, employees no where to be found. For management to be denying hundreds of applicants (I know many who have applied), this store should be spotless for consumers. I could not take it anymore tripping over clothing, so I drove to the New garden location. I’m so glad I did! Everything was stocked and cleaned. Found exactly what I was looking for. Do better Lawndale.

I'm convinced no one works here. Cashier's are never available. Constantly in a line. No wonder y'all have so much theft. You're holding people hostage in long lines to pay when we have things to do. As a manager, the way this place is ran makes me sick. Clean it up!!!!

Went into this store to purchase something they had in store, but was not on the floor when I got there. The employee in the toy section was happy to go get it for me in the back, even on a pallet; but his “manager” Felicia said no- she would not be unloading the pallets until next week because of a toy reorganizing. We went up front to ask customer service at the advice of the employee willing to help, who said “we have no night time female manager?” And so investigated. He then asked for help from a female- who he claimed was not a manager, and when she repeated the same thing “I told him to tell that guest that it was on a pallet, that guest is just going to have to wait.” And she was very rudely toned while saying this over the radio (I do not believe she knew we could hear her). The customer service man then said “you heard her, that’s the manager.” Excuse me? You just said there is no female manager on duty tonight? There was no reason to not sell us these items that were ringing up for the customer service man, and when someone else WOULD have helped us so it never would have been this “Felicia’s” problem. I am very disappointed and frustrated, and reported this false manager fiasco to target corp as well who also were not happy to hear this. I do not understand why the one employee could not just help us.

I stopped by here on Saturday around 5:30pm with my son to to get toys for a kids birthday party that we attended the next day. There is AMPLE toy options, which was wonderful. . That was easy. I also ended up getting a picture frame too. After getting the frame and toy, I stopped by tech area to see if they had PS5 controllers, which they did. I wanted a blue one and it was in stock! However, it was locked up, of course. I went to the main area with the registers for “tech” and there was no staff present. I walked around for a while waiting for someone to pop up. I wondered if they had a little button to press but didn’t see one. When someone did, she told me that she didn’t have a key and that I would have to wait for someone else… So I waited about 5 or so minutes and the guy came but was helping someone else, which took some time. I was able to get the controller after having patience and waiting. While checking out, I noticed that they did in fact have a button to call for assistance. I’m not sure how I missed it before. Nonetheless, I Checked out all my items there in the tech area. That was a breeze.

Sunday, Dec. 21st 10:23am, I had the worst experience service ever for a drive up. At most I’ve ever waited was 15 min, when I arrived at 10:23am, there were so many cars in the spaces and I never see it full. I checked in immediately. There was one girl I saw and then eventually one guy come out thank god she had help, he had at least 4 orders and two carts and he seemed to work fast, I waited 40 min at least before the girl came to give me mine, they both disappeared for at least 20 min while more cars are coming in. 20 min of being gone, it would’ve been quicker if I did in store. I tried calling the store. No answer. I ALMOST left at 11 without my order cause my church starts at 11, and they came out as soon as I almost left. It was ridiculous. They need at least two more people helping run during the holidays. It would’ve been a big inconvenience to leave without my order so I waited.

It didn't have boxed Christmas cards. Individual holiday cards were available. Seasonal items were available. It has changed over the years. I couldn't understand one of the employees. It doesn't seem to have as much quality items. Not as much variety. Not as many unique items.

This place is so trashy that I turned around and went to Walmart! I came this morning to purchase a breast pump at this location. Online it said the breast pump was available however the employees were too lazy to go in the back to get the pump for me. While turning around to leave I took some pictures of this hole in the wall target. I assume the manager of this location could care less. This location is a disgrace to Target and their brand!

I forgot the young lady’s name, but she had locs and neck tattoos - she was so helpful when I came in! She went out of her way to help me find what I needed and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. People like her make a big difference in the shopping experience and she definitely made my day!

I usually don't leave reviews as I find them to be out of my way, however I wanted to shine light on this lovely young blonde girl who helped me in the fruits section!! She was incredibly cheerful and we had a lovely conversation! I will be coming back to visit for all my fruit shopping haha! We need more people like her in customer service! Kudos to her!

I’m leaving this as a regular customer and someone who shops here often for DoorDash and Instacart orders. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed that the market manager, Chris, doesn’t seem to help his team when they clearly need it. There have been several times where I have seen him pull out vehicles of food and leave it stranded. On top of this, he disappears for long stretches and the employees are left struggling. The team members themselves work hard and try their best, but the lack of support from management is really noticeable from the outside and makes the store feel less organized than it should be. I have also been getting negative reviews from my shoppers because items they ordered online are not available in store. Hoping leadership looks into this because the employees and the store deserve better support. I'm not writing this review with hatred, but in a way to help other Doordashers/Instacarters and just other shoppers out in the long run. I personally love this target and its employees, I've been coming here for quite a while and am always greeted with smiles, this is a great store in general.
