Companies shouldn't blindly solicit reviews from everyone, even obvious trolls who leave them meaningless, mid reviews.

Always such a clean, organized & safe feeling environment. The Target Staff in every department seem so welcoming & are there ready to accommodate you right away in searching for a particular item or items in the category of your needs requests. If the item(s) are not readily available on hand, they are always ready to check their own stock or help you conveniently order right there on the spot. If there is an accommodation problem such as being from out of town, they are prepared to help you locate the Target store nearest you & set up a pick up order in the manner of which you desire. All of these personal conveniences make me feel like a most valuable customer & cared about. These are quite past the goals in Customer Service that other big & small department stores can only aspire to in comparison as far as I’m concerned. Thanks a lot Target.

I have became a Target fan in the past year and a half. Because of the pandemic I used their Curbside service often. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently. And the staff that brings out orders are meticulous with making sure they verify customers prior to handing over orders. I love it! That's what I call great service!

I’d give them 0 stars if I could… I ordered towels and bath mats off of a friends wedding registry to pick up. I picked the order up got home and looked in the bag first towel I see has what looks like splattered spaghetti sauce on it ( so there’s no way whomever put this in the bag didn’t see it). I called they told me there was 3 left in store, and it’s not a quick seller so it should still be there when I return the towel. I asked if they could just hold one of them they said no we don’t do that…. So I drive all the way back …. Guess what no towels left…. The lady at the returns section didn’t seem to care didn’t even say we’re sorry for your store experience. I asked if she could correct the registry to show I only bought one towel…. She said I’d have to call in….. at this point I’ve had it I have to call in to get a mistake they made fixed….. that’s ridiculous. 3 customer service reps later, one really rude one who actually hung up on me, and I’m still on the phone waiting to get the registry issue fixed. I cannot believe this is how target allows their employees to treat customers.

I used to be a very loyal Target customer when I lived in another state. However, I find the store in Roanoke, Virginia to be less than acceptable. The carts are always dirty, and the isles are usually blocked with some type of cart loaded with merchandise sitting unattended. Also, their make up department is usually out of stock of the most common products, and when I asked for help they sent a young man who did not seem to know anything about the products, nor could he answer my questions. I have given this store ample opportunity and feedback, and nothing has changed.

The friendly staff here was a refreshing change from Kroger nearby. I walked out of Kroger. Target staff was engaging and helpful. Thanks Target!

I have always been a fan of Target and never had any issues until I started to use drive up. Today is the third time they have left part of my order out, and trying to reach the help desk is a nightmare. I have called three times today, letting it ring until the call was disconnected. I guess it’s time I start checking my bags, or to find another store. It’s super disappointing.

“Eric” in the Electronics section at this Target was super unhelpful. I went with my mother-in-law to shop for a new TV. While he made some effort to help us by pointing us to where the TVs are (although that’s not very hard to find..), he was pretty disinterested in explaining the difference between the TVs they had. She asked him basic questions about whether the TV would have certain streaming apps and he just shrugged and said he’s never used that TV. I was able to answer her questions just by googling the model of the TV, but I saw him basically ignore her and just scroll social media on his phone. When we chose the TV we wanted he said he’d need to get it from the back and it’d be a 30 min wait (crazy because it really wasn’t that busy). We ended up going to the Best Buy next door That said he seemed like a decently nice guy but he definitely should not be in Electronics, maybe some other part of Target would be a better fit. If you’re going for electronics, probably better to go to Best Buy next door since their employees are better trained than Eric

I love this Target. I normally find great prices. I went to buy pens yesterday and found this sale. Just watch your pricing on "sale" items no matter where you go. Otherwise great place to shop and get a cup of coffee while there.

I just had Pam as my cashier for my purchase today. She was wonderful. Kind and knowledgeable. Great attitude. Made my day a little better! Hope management sees this!

I seek out Targets when out of town because they are consistently good. This was a first time at their Roanoke store. I only needed a case of water, but it was smooth all around. The store was organized, clean and I found what I needed. I did d browse some. No staff interaction as I did self check out. No issues any aspect of my visit.

As a long time Target enthusiast and now former Red card holder, I’m writing this because I’m genuinely concerned for the Roanoke store at valley view. While I love Target, my recent experiences there have not been up to par.. for example.. a cashier seemed too busy to assist with a simple price check, which was disappointing. On 2 separate phone calls, I was misinformed about product availability. I’ve also noticed some cleanliness problems, like dark spots and cracks on the floor. During a recent visit I saw muddy boot prints, and an employee responded that they weren’t paid enough to clean them. While I get their perspective, it adds to my overall impression. I’ve spoken with management a few times, hoping for improvements. I really want to see this store thrive and get back to the Target standard I know and love.

I’m a loyal Target shopper, but today’s visit was disappointing. I stopped in on my break with a short list and ended up with 13 items. When I went to self-checkout (with two open registers and no line), an employee stopped me and said it was “10 items or less” and redirected me to a cashier. The cashier was kind and helpful, but I was on a Teams call and just needed to check out quickly. I left feeling frustrated that I was inconvenienced over three extra items when no one was waiting. I’ll be returning those items and hope Target trains staff to use better judgment in situations like this.

this is a super busy Target, parking lot was packed, but when you went into the store into look super busy??! i am not a fan of this shopping area, it is not an easy in or out. i was at the Rack Room Shoes across the street and finding a way to get over to this area was not easy and folks drive like crazy and it is 30 mph? i love finding new Targets to me and shopping there for new items i don't see normally. i always wonder when shopping in Target why they don't take a shopping cart and see if you can get through locations, if you can't redesign the area. i couldn't find a shopping cart when i got there so i don't know where any were, as i said i don't shop this location so none that i saw. when i found a hand held shopping cart it was just a station you couldn't take it ...and my hands were overflowing with items ...that was a pain in the rump. i always wonder why the makeup area where lots of folks are going to be looking seem to be so busy and finding a way to look at stuff, they always have it on the super low area, i am 5'8 ... down the knees we go ... not fun??!
