Consistently out of stock on popular items. Understandably overpriced.

Max made my day. Honestly am having the worst couple of weeks and he made a small impact to make a terrible day better. Small kindnesses go farther than you know.

The cashier told me all the restrooms are out of service. There also appears to be a limited selection of merchandise compared to what one is accustomed to at Target.

Really great to have this on campus; they'll price match things from other target stores and they have most things. Fun fact this is the smallest target in the state of Wisconsin

Nice lil target. A perfect place for college kids to get some quick groceries. Kept very clean and stocked well!! Only downside is that they don’t sell alcohol

So glad we have a Target on State Street. I think it brings a lot more options to the community and the store is convenient and user friendly. I am amazed that they are able to fit so many different departments into such a small space. They have everything from home goods to office supplies and outdoor to video game equipment. Great place.

Has everything what student would need by quick stop. Doesnt have a lot of things from everything, but you will find most things for cooking or home supplies. Good prices

Beware of rotten fruits and veg in plastic bags. Note that this Target is much smaller than other Targets so selection is limited. Also, many prices seem to be marked incorrectly so be prepared to check when going to the checkout. Staff is nice though.

Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.

Great values here for a neighborhood where food merchants often take advantage of students with high prices. But I learned today that this location will not be accepting cash. I'm not sure everyone is comfortable using their cards at Target given their 2013 data breach that compromised card information...and not everyone has ready access to a credit or debit card. I feel like Target's unfortunate data breach is a wake-up call to shoppers to consider shopping with cash to avoid giving banking information so frequently or readily. And there are better values than Target in Madison if folks are willing to take a short bus ride to stock up.

Let my husband and dog stay inside doorway to stay warm while I grabbed a few items while we were out walking down from Edgewater Hotel where we are staying for a wedding. Good selection and friendly and helpful staff. Good prices for being in downtown.
