Organized and clean store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I thank the Lord we are not hit with ransacking thugs like in liberal California. Lots of new moms and expecting ladies shopping this afternoon. Almost comical Food prices seem a bit high, but it's a convenience

I always love how nice this target is: it’s clean, organized, and has everything that I need. But what I love most at this location is the customer service. Specifically from Kenny. I have had a pretty stressful day but during my checkout Kenny was all smiles and the conversation we had while he scanned my items turned my whole day around. Actually most of the time that I visit here, Kenny checks me out and his positive energy and optimistic outlook on life is infectious. The world needs more people like him in it. Thank you Kenny for making my day better today! 🥰

I went into the Panama City Target to sort out an issue with a purchase I had made a few days previously. When I had made my purchase on I scanned the barcode on the Target app on my phone when I checked out. I didn't realize that it would charge my Target red card when I did that. I came in to sort out what happened and see if it could be put on the correct credit card. Gavin the Customer Service Manager helped me. He was AMAZING! He was able to credit my red card back and charge the correct credit card which was a lot of work for him. Gavin did it with a big smile on his face and was such a pleasure to deal with especially considering it was my fault. I didn't realize that in the Target app my Target red card was set to do in-store purchases. Gavin explained what happened and showed me how to fix that so it wouldn't happen in the future. Dealing with Gavin was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in any store. He is certainly an asset to Target and I will continue to come back and shop in his store. Managers like Gavin are what really make a difference in what store a person shops at. There are so many stores to choose from nowadays. The extra effort that Gavin went through to help me makes me want to continue to come back to Target versus another store. I look forward to shopping at Target again!

We did a online pickup order. Got there they only gave us 4 bags we were missing half of what we ordered. The gentleman helping me had to go in the back 3 times to get all of what we order. Then I got home and still had 1 missing item. I tried to call the store 6 times just to be hung up on or nobody ever pick up. Very disappointing situation.

I love both Targets in the Panama City area. However they seem to have a problem keeping the salted caramel creamer in stock. So I go to the beach store and theirs is the same way. I saw a stock person 1 day and they investigated for me and did order more! Awesome... but they are gone and have been for over a month now. And the Vanilla just sits there ... lol Help please.

This store is disgusting the management should all be fired, I guess their way of putting up freight is to dump the boxes on the racks and see what sticks the bathroom was so nasty as a guy i was afraid to even pee will never go back, the scary thing is they sell food too not me

I love target especially bullseyes corner. They have tons of cute items that are very affordable and unique. The only problem with this store is it is often out of a lot of items advertised for sale or the app says they have plenty in stock and when you get there they don’t. The clearance clothing areas are always ransacked and disorganized with clothing on the floor or piled up on the desk by the fitting rooms. It’s hard to get through because things aren’t categorized by size. Otherwise, great store!

I bought a controller as a Uber eats order delivery. They can't print the receipt from what I was told. So they sent me to customer service. Told the two girls at the counter. One walks off I guess doing the receipt. Then about 10 min later I walked to the counter and asked if this was a usual occurrence and I was a driver waiting for that. As keeping a customer and driver waiting for a receipt. Well another girl comes from the back and says I we didn't like how you approached us" These days ppl can't do there job and not blame the customer come onnnn

We ordered a camera lens 12/27 from Target. The order reported a delivery date of 1/5 via UPS. No delivery. UPS showed a label created but no further information. I called Target. This was ordered through Buy Direct and Save. Customer service said delivery was to be 1/7. Today has come and gone. No delivery. Looked up the company, horrible reviews. Called customer service. Now we are told to wait till 1/14, despite our request to cancel this. Again, UPS does not have any further information. Lesson learned and warning for anyone who wants to make a purchase like this with Target. Don’t do it.

I ordered from their website on 12/13/2025 and didn't receive my order until 12/26/2025 and when I checked my order I was missing 1 pack of parmesan garlic and when I reached out they immediately decided to just refund me for the pack but that was one of the main flavors I wanted to try. Since telling them that I wanted the seeds not a refund they have not responded.

Krissan, my cashier was very rude to me while checking out. I showed absolutely no hostility towards her whatsoever. Upon putting my clothes along the checkout conveyer belt, she looked at me with an annoyed expression and told me to remove all of the hangers. No big deal, so I did. I then went to pay half with a gift card and the other half with my debit card. I asked her nicely if I was able to swipe my gift card at the kiosk. She rudely said no, rolled her eyes and took the gift card from me. She then looked at me and said (while rolling her eyes like I was an idiot) your time bud. She didn’t tell me she was done with my gift card, therefore I had no idea it was my time to swipe my debit card. Complete attitude and hate was experienced during our entire interaction. I just want to go out into town and have positive interactions with people. Not people that make you feel like you’re not supposed to be there.

In my experience all Target stores have been clean and well stocked. Anytime I am looking for a specific item, its there! If not (which is rare) it's available online. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I also love my rewards and the deals Target offers. One of my favorite stores.
