Went there to get an estimate on a very nice pickup that had been hit. The guy sat right there and talked to other people and worked on his computer for over 20 minutes after he said he'd give me an estimate. Super rude! I didn't see anything in the shop or about the shop that would make me really want to wait another 20 minutes just to get an estimate

Fixed my back bumper after accident, but trashed inside of my car. The car also came back with a dead battery that was working fine previously. Called to ask if they would take care of the battery, and the response was that they were not liable. DO NOT recommend them !

Most if the work was done well. I would expect perfection after they had it 35 days. Paint don't really match well and after picking up my vehicle, I heard something dragging. Turns out they didn't mount the inner wheel well. So now I have to replace that myself. Driver's seat was broken in the accident and I made sure I pointed it out. Not replaced.

I have paint spots that are crinkling on my car that I had just purchased recently from Taylor Kia. I'm very disappointed with that. The dealership told me to go to Taylor body shop downtown. I did so in hopes of getting it repaired. I still have a year and a half left on the overall warranty. When I got there, I talked to a man named Ken in the office. He was very busy but very friendly and took the time to come out to look at my vehicle and explain to me that unfortunately, it wasn't a warranty issue, it was an outside issue that they couldn't help me with. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I believe that Taylor should still be able to help me with this since I spent so much on the vehicle recently

Absolutely the worst repair shop. They have had my daughters car for repairs since mid March ... 3 months for door repairs/replacement! They do not answer or return phone calls. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. SHE STILL DOESNT HAVE HER CAR BACK!!!!!!

I wrecked my car back in December. It was told to us it would be done tentatively by Dec 22, I understand getting parts is difficult, but I also would also like to understand the staff not returning our calls and the delays. We have been very patient but this it getting out of hand. Thanks but no thanks...

This has got to be the absolute worst service I’ve ever had. I purchased the car from the Taylor automotive group and had such high expectations. They lied to my insurance about when my car would be done. Leaving me without a car for over a week. They refused to answer my phone calls or voicemails regarding a loaner vehicle. Do not send your cars here!!!

Don't recommend taking your vehicle to this shop they take forever talking 6mths+ when you get it back it looks like a child done the work their excuse is its plastic what do you want me to do the paint is trash with defects you call you get no answers or return phone calls they literally ignore you any shop is better than this place dont worry kia of toledo is zero help even when their name is on the door.....you've been warned stay away you will regret it

I took my car in to have minor body work done and was quoted one price but was told something different when I dropped the car off. They kept it longer than what was told to me and when I picked it up it was only partially done. They said my car was in 2 separate accidents and it wasn't. They said what was repared was from one accident and the incomplete part was from a separate accident. I know how many times my car was hit. I felt like I was being treated like some dumb woman that didn't know what she was talking about. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

First time around shop was amazing with my car repair from rear end accident. A year ago I was rear ended again at a stop light. Ive tried calling to have repairs completed. It's very hard to get a hold of someone you have to physically go to the shop. But due to post covid backlog and high worker turnover they never installed my hatch handle, I can't use my backup camera, and I don't have a light on my licence plate. So I can't drive it at night. They were an awesome shop but I think they take on too much work now and dont have enough employees.

Taylor body shop has had my car for 3 months after a deer accident. I have been checking on my car consistently everytime I get a call to come get it, it's not repaired properly. A dent was still in the roof of the truck the paint was horrible so I left the truck. Get a call to pick the truck up again and now the quarter panel by the light has a dent in it and the paint was still horrible along with being able to hear the whole outside when driven so its not sealed by the door. Get told ok thats a quick fix. Get a call again to pick up my truck and the area by the quarter panel by the light is still not fixed properly. They do poor work and don't mind making you wait for your vehicle. I will never take my vehicle back to them AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Terrible job highly unsatisfied!
