I came in for an alignment after building the suspension of my car. Kevin, one of the owners was the person that greeted me. During the alignment while waiting in the office, I asked so many questions about handling related details and Kevin was happy to explain and make suggestions. Installed Roush super charger on a 2024 Mustang GT Premium. Responsive from the beginning. Professional follow up and alerted me to the supercharger becoming street legal. They handled acquiring the parts - I appreciated they didn't need me to do it. The work was priced reasonably and was done quickly, but I wasn't able to take the car home for two weeks. They even took care to use bottled water for the supercharger rather than tap water to avoid problems. The install didn't go without it's due share of hitches. First, the kit didn't come with a cable to tune the engine so they had to order that and it delayed a few days. Second, the strut tower brace no longer fit and with some back and forth they ordered a bottom mount and it ended up not fitting and with no way of knowing if the next part will work, we agreed I'll need to find a solution on my own. With the car in working order, rather than wait a few days for them to calibrate the automatic transmission, I chose to do that myself. I haven't been able to test the power yet but the work does seem to have been done correctly so far. Overall the guys were great and I'll certainly return in the future.

I had a unique problem with my 2018 Tesla Model 3. It started smelling bad but the smell still persisted after swapping out the air filters and washing the car. They had a hunch there might be a dead animal inside my car and even though they've never had to deal with something like this before, they still took my car in. They popped the front plastic cover off and discovered a dead raccoon. This wasn't a normal auto repair job but I'm so thankful that Will and his team were willing to investigate. They gave me a very reasonable quote to take a look and remove the raccoon. Once they removed it, they recommended that I pick up the part from a service center since the shipping cost for the part was really high. I was able to set up a second appointment for the under tray replacement in the same week. If you have a Tesla and there's something wrong with your car, I highly recommend bringing it here. Their prices are competitive and their team is very professional. I know that I'm going to bring my car here again if I run into any issues in the future.

They answered all my questions… everything went incredibly smooth and was installed without issue. I also came in for regular maintenance and track prep. Will and Mike did a great job on wheel alignment on my Model Y which was pulling into one side. Now my car is going perfectly straight with before/after detailed comparison numbers and Will explained them patiently to answer my questions. The team over at TDW has won over my business. I have never been to an alignment shop that has gone as above and beyond as they do. They tailored the alignment to my driving style and really got it right! If you’re looking for an enthusiast owned shop that is OCD about alignments, this place is it. I was trying to avoid a situation with a national retail shop that look at default settings in their system and align without questioning why or what the customer would like to achieve. I have a Tesla Model Y Performance with Mountain Pass Performance (MPP) comfort coilovers and rear camber arms. I looked all over the South Bay for an alignment shop that knows Teslas well and found the right shop. They will walk you through what you’re looking to achieve (in this case for my rear wheels, they recommended less than -1 degree camber for daily driving) vs. the insane -3 degree I had before / good go track, pointless for my everyday highway driver to the office and back. OCD about details like setting tire pressures up correctly, not blindly following shop manuals, and a test drive to make sure all is in spec before delivering back the car. Owner Will is very responsive and being a car guy won’t give you the run around but knows his stuff with his technician and co-founder. From setting up race spec Teslas to doing a basic daily driver friendly alignment (what I needed to stop chewing through my rear tires) this shop has you covered. I even got my date wrong and instead of turning me away, got me in at the end of the day as I was already on my way. Pricing was very fair and will take my BMW M3 and Ferrari 360 in the future to the same shop. 5 star experienced can’t recommend enough.
