Two days ago, I called to get the back tire changed in my can Am Spyder. I found the tire in stock at R&S West (kudos for cooperation) and have it brought to the Lomas shop. This morning, I arrived early, the check in was fast, my bike was taken good care of. The technician also found some missing bolt and washer which was promptly replaced. I was in and out in 1.5 hours.
Great customer service, friendly techs, clean place to hang out while waiting, great job! Thank you so much, guys!

I got my first ever motorcycle in October of this year. I grew up with motorcycles and riding as passenger but beyond that I didn’t know much about them. Tony R. was my salesman and I couldn’t imagine buying from anyone else. At first I was looking at sportier bikes but they weren’t really my vibe as I like cruisers. He asked a ton of questions and made recommendations based on me being a beginner rider. Tony went over the pros and cons of each bike explaining to me how they would fit me based on my answers. He took so much time and care, explaining everything. I was impressed on the amount of knowledge he had. In the end he recommended a Kawasaki Eliminator for me based on my interest in cruisers. It’s like a baby cruiser so it lighter and easier for me as a beginner rider. I’ve purchased cars in the past and had very terrible experiences as a woman with men being condescending and end up with a car I wasn’t super happy with. Here with Tony I felt listened to and he put in the effort to find something that fit me. This has been the best purchase I could have made!! My brother got his motorcycle with him and had an incredible experience as well. If you’re looking to buy ask for Tony — he is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. 💯💯💯

It’s been 47 years since my first Suzuki, but today this 2024 fallowed me home. After hundreds of hours of YouTube videos and lurking many Facebook pages I decided the DR650 was the right bike for me and Alec and the entire staff at R&S made the buying process very easy. I’m planning on hitting the backcountry of New Mexico and doing some sightseeing & camping.

Excellent buying experience. They definitely seem to care about the customer and not just their profits.
Jay was knowledgeable about the bike and answered every question I had. He managed to get me very hyped up about the bike without being pushy.
The gentleman at the service desk (I'm really sorry, I forgot to write his name down) provided a ton of useful information and also answered every remaining technical question I had easily.
Alma was able to work with me to secure an excellent deal on financing, and turned what's usually the most tedious process into a very easy time.
Overall, I would highly recommend this shop.

Worst dealership I have ever visited. They are scammers and frauds and will open up a credit account at Yamaha financing and will not tell you. Now I’m dealing with closing a credit account that I did not sign for. I did not purchase their motorcycle because it was in such poor condition it needed $6k of work to make it with their sales price. Beware!! They are bait and switch and do not hold clean titles on the used motorcycles they are selling. They need to be out of business.

If I could give this dealership a -Zero, I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a used motorcycle. They lie, bait and switch and are the most uneducated employees I’ve ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional and even got confrontational with me. I flew in from out of state, had all the financing set up and they treated me like I didn’t exist. They are rude, unprofessional, and hate their jobs. The owner needs to fire them if they care about business.

The lack of effort of communication falls off after they make the sale. I tried to cancel my extended warranty over a week ago before the 30 days to avoid a fee and I have to keep following up because I requires a signature but they don't call me. I call today Left a message with finance and no call back so make sure you have everything you need before the sale is final. That's when the effort stops going off of my experience.

Don't be fooled by the recent surge in 5-star reviews. After a horrible experience here, I noticed that every time they get a negative review, they suddenly receive a dozen "perfect" reviews to hide it. This is a shady way to run a business. Their customer service is non-existent and the operation feels very dishonest. Save your time and money—go somewhere that doesn't have to fake their reputation.

Be extremely cautious if you are looking at a used bike here, especially if you are an out-of-state buyer. I flew in after being told via text and phone that the bike I wanted had only "minor scratches." Upon arrival, the bike was in such poor condition that it required over $6,000 in repairs to match the advertised description.
The Issues:
Misleading Sales: Jade assured me the bike was in great shape. When I pointed out the extensive damage in person, her excuse was that she simply "didn't notice."
Management Failure: Collin, the Sales Manager, was unprofessional and confrontational. Instead of resolving the discrepancy between the listing and the actual product, he blamed his employees and tried to avoid the conversation entirely.
Lack of Integrity: The dealership's stance is that they don't need to disclose damage because it's "used," even when the damage is severe enough to affect the title status.
I spent significant travel costs based on their lies. The GM offers no support and simply backs up these dishonest practices. This is not a professional dealership; it’s a trap for unsuspecting buyers. Run, don't walk, away
