Had a small issue that we didn't think was a real problem but wanted to have an expert validate. Popped in and Ken immediately took a look under the vehicle, diagnosed our issue (as well as two other minor ones we were aware of) and told us we could monitor but didn't need to work on anytime soon. Spent a few more minutes chatting about the situation and then sent us on our way free of charge but in great spirits. Can't recommend them enough. A mechanic giving you their expert opinion and not charging is a rarity. Cheers guys!

My Sons car broke down and this shop was the closest (and only shop within 100 miles) recommended by the warranty company. Luckily Tech1 cared enough to work with them and us to make things right and didn’t skimp out by using sub-par parts. They could have taken us for a ride, but instead did the right thing and ensured we would use them again if/when needed.

Replaced my Prius hybrid battery for a very reasonable price compared to the dealership. No other mechanic in the area was willing to do it, so I came down from Cedar City. Work was done in a very efficient amount of time. Ken is super nice and you feel absolutely confident leaving your car with him. He really knows what he’s doing. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable waiting area. I have an older Prius that I periodically add oil to. When I brought it in, I had forgotten a mishap where the cap was not tightened and oil spilled out all over the engine, etc. Ken cleaned that all off for me without my even asking. This place is definitely worth the drive down from Cedar City for me!

I was traveling through hurricane Utah and found out that my brakes went bad on my truck. I googled brake repair and saw that this business actually could take care of what I needed done. After calling the gentleman on the phone and told him my dilemma that I needed something done right away he reacted and said I will order the parts. They will be here soon so come over and I will get it done for you so you can keep traveling. Upon arrival he greeted me and said I have the parts already within and had my truck back to me in the next half hour or so with a new set of brakes that were just amazing. The experience was great and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs something repaired and done the right way.. Ken was great. This was the best experience I’ve had with any shop in the 65 years I’ve been alive.

This place was great!!! I broke down 24 miles from Hurricane Utah while on a trip from NC. My rear differential drain plug fell out and ruined my rear diff. I called Tech 1 (on a Saturday) and they wait an hour after they closed to get me in. He found a cap that fit and filled the fluid right on the spot, but sadly the diff still sounded terrible!!! Ken was super nice and professional and helped me source a new diff and even helped getting the previous shop to take care of the cost (they never tightened the drain plug completely). It took 2 business days to get the part and install it. So far, so good 1000 miles later. This is probably the best service I remember getting anywhere ever!!! Great guys!!!

My son’s Subaru Forrester broke down moving to AZ from Provo. Got it towed to Tech 1 and while it was a stressful and difficult situation, the communication and professionalism from Ken got us through it. Everyone I dealt with at Tech-1 was knowledgeable, kind and patient dealing w me long distance and diff time zones doing major repairs. We had to do everything over the phone and Ken was thorough and fair. If your local these should be your team. If you end up there like we did - consider yourself lucky.

Ken was a godsend. Our car broke down in Utah and our engine seized on thanksgiving day. We were nervous we were gonna get stranded in Utah for a while. He came in on a day off since no one else was open to look at it. The engine was done, but he also helped us coordinate with our mechanic at home as he saw it was likely due to the oil change we got a few days prior. He really helped us through the whole process and turned a disaster into a a manageable situation. Would highly recommend

5 stars for Ken and his quick and welcoming service when a tire went flat coming out of the backcountry roads near Leeds. Luckily I had cell service and looked around for nearby shops, saw the good reviews, and that he was open on a Saturday with no wait. Was able to make it to Ken's shop on my spare and he fixed it up right away so we could make our long trip back to Colorado the same day. I was in Hurricane for the Trailhero event with a group of friends when my vehicle developed a serious oil leak out on the trail. Ken and the Tech 1 team are really wonderful. On thanksgiving day, my car died because all the oil spilled out of it near Toquerville. Thankfully we were able to tow the car to the airbnb we had a few miles away. The next morning, Ken picked up the phone. No other shop picked up their phone or returned my call untill after the holiday weekend. Ken told me to tow my car to his shop and that he'd come in on a holiday day off - saturday - to help me figure out my next move. He worked with me in a way that was about as perfect as one could expect in my situation. On Saturday he diagnosed my engine as finished. It was cooked. On Monday, he worked with me to figure out a best way to get a new motor. When I explained that I had done an oil change two days prior, he helped me contact that shop and get them to admit fault. My car has now been shipped to LA and im getting a new engine without a single cost to me. He didn't have to do that. Its rare that you can build trust in a stranger so quickly, but Ken and Tech 1 are truly trustworthy. I bet if I had service done, it would have been done very well. If you are in the St George Hurricane area and need repair, this is the spot. Fortunately our trip to the Zion area for the holiday weekend wasn't ruined. We rented a car in nearby St George. Two of the Uber drivers we used to get to and from the car rental place said they used Tech 1 for their cars too. Because of the degree of professionalism we saw from the Tech 1 we were able to truly enjoy our trip still. I dont mean that lightly at all. This is a great shop.

You guys are great took my car in on a sat and they are literally the only ones open on sat. Quickly diagnosed the problem found it was warranted and got out fast with just labor cost. I think that was honest. looked out for the customer. Wich is refreshing in these days. Definitely coming back🤠
