Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. He never tried to “over sell” me and listened to my needs - it rare that you find these kind of sales people today. Most impressive was that after we received the system, Chris walked us through some issues (admittedly user error) on the phone and checked back in a day later via text…no one does that these days!!! Chris is a must if you are looking to set up a home sound system on all fronts - knowledge, sales, technical and customer service.

I have had four phone calls and three home visits from my cable company due to poor internet service. They were not able to fix the problem, although I pay for this service every month. I had a 10 minute phone conversation with the owner of this business, who diagnosed the problem and found a fix. My internet is running smoothly now. Large businesses are missing the mark on good customer service. This small business is hitting the customer service thing out of the park.
