Terrace Auto Repair is our first stop for our vehicle maintenance and repairs. If they can do the work you won’t find a better mechanic or front office team. They don’t have loss leader offers like dealerships do but over time you will be far ahead. If there is someone else that should do the work they happily provide a recommendation. We’ve taken our vehicles here for well over a decade and have never been disappointed.

I brought my car in for my GEICO inspection, they were friendly and got me in and right out.. I was due for a oil change and after shopping around and getting frustrated I remembered terrace auto. Not only did they beat all the quote's for an oil change on my vw passat, the service was fast and the staff is very friendly and very professional.. Go to terrace auto you won't go anywhere else..

Attention to detail is very apparent with every facet of this business. For some time they have cared for my family's vehicles and praise I get from all of them. I booked a call with them for my vehicle and the process was informative, up front and professional. I called and made a minor change to the list of things I would like for them to diagnose or check out, I immediately got a call back and confirmation that it was added to the ticket. Good Stuff! Update, today was the day that we had scheduled my repair and it went completely flawless. Karen called me and discussed with me about a small issue that I had asked them to take a look at. She described what they found and gave me the additional cost. Of course, I asked them to make the repair. When arrived at 5 o’clock to pick up my vehicle the owner Shane, went out of his way to come up to me and explain exactly what he did and made me feel extremely comfortable about the work that was performed. I give this experience and Company an A+

There was not a long wait for scheduling and they got the services completed quickly while I waited. Karen and the guys are fantastic! I was lucky to be near their shop when my car was overheating. Even though they were booked up she took the time to grab Jose (also fantastic!!) and help me get some coolant and make sure I was safe to get back home. It is a beautiful thing to be reminded that there are still great people out there.

I didn't know honest mechanics still existed. Karen was so kind when I called to make an appointment due to my check engine light coming on accompanied by some intermittent shaking. She even took the time to walk me through checking my oil over the phone. Shane took his time trying to accurately pinpoint the issue before charging me for repairs, as they wanted to be absolutely certain of the problem before I spent any money. The prices were very fair and I was truly blown away by the customer service. These guys do not want to hit you over the head w costly repairs for no reason; they just want to make sure you're well taken care of. Will absolutely be back in the future.
