after pumping gas and car wash. I had jot bottle of water in my purse decided to ask for some ice.. I had my own cup and the 2 old ladies working there refuse to give me ice. worst customer service 9/17/18 at 1:45pm

Yo this dude is legit! Sang happy birthday to my mom had us dancing lol. His name is J.D. I think he said he was the assistant manager or something like that. Aye but you get a free $15.00 birthday wash and Broz sings to you no lie. He got a good voice too made my moms day!

Las Vegas & Lamb Store appears nice and clean. Only ONE restroom available and floors are dirty, no paper napkins in the paper towel dispenser, they’re on top of the camote. Toilet paper has only ONE roll dispensing. Need major cleaning attention with all disinfectant required.

Clean store. Must have been newly renovated because it is pretty nice in here. Good selection for snacks and drinks (Keebler fudge stripes for .99). The woman behind the counter was very nice.

This morning I stop in for convenient restroom. The rudest, unfriendly, judgemental counter help ( female) didn't aknowledge the proper way I ask to used the key for the ladies. She rolled her eyes and jerk them over. When I return 3minutes to the counter she said "give it here ma" I politely said thank you and walked out . As this lady had embarrassed me this morning. I don't think she should be working the morning shift because that lack of respect and poor customer service will ruin someone's day . negative breeds just that .

Stopped by to get gas... used my debit card on pump #7 i beleive it was. The pump told me to go see the cashier for some reason. So i did and while i was there i decided to pay cash. 5 min later i checked my bank account and i was charged 1 dollar at the gas station on my debit card. Why? Idk. 1 dollar isnt enough for me to complain to my bank and the gas station. But beware.

The staff is totally unfriendly not one can say hello or good morning. I open the door there's an employee standing in my way like I'm supposed to open the door for her. How unprofessional. They need a whole new staff in there. I'll never come back to this ride unpaid group of employees

Gas price is high, but the same as other Chevrons. I filled up both of my mom's cars. The first one went well, but the screen on the pump was going bad. Second one, 20 minutes later, I tried several pumps but none of them would not accept my card. I had to go inside to use my card to prepay. One of the reasons I use Chevron is so I can pay at the pump. Looks like they don't maintain their equipment.

The foam has colors! so with a nice music background you can actually enjoy the ride. Friendly staff. Quick service. And very convenient. I stopped by for a quick wash and my old Toyota Corolla looks like new. They should actually put a kickass music background to their customers! Just saying.

Stopped there today and the clerk was literally yelling at another customer and long story short, the other customer had every right to be mad. The clerk refused to do a payout because she didn't feel like it was her job. Also refused to call her manager. It's disgusting that some adults feel entitled to belittle others. If it's ok for them to treat people that way, I'm sure it won't be a problem for me to blast it out there.

So they had a cone in one lane so I went in the other lane and went in car wash and nothing happened so I started driving forward then here comes the soap and machine and no water so when I came out soap all over my car.if the car wash isn’t working put a cone on each side not just on one side.

You wasn't good it wasn't bad just indifferent. The pump was a bit sluggish or slow in add gas to car. Price was hire than on sign out front.. the old saying buyer beware if this is typical business practices for terrible Herbst. They don't need my business because I don't do business with unethical companies. And this was definitely unethical when it has one price on sing and it's another at pump

If I could give zero ⭐️ I would! This car wash is terrible!! $10 gone down the drain! Bugs are STILL on my car it’s like the water and soap never even touched the surface!! Tires are still nasty! And the vacuums are half way decent! If I could get my money back I would but not even going to try…I won’t be coming back here for washes only gas! They sold shut this down ASAP!

This is a nice location and the cashiers are always friendly. I like that they added the automatic car wash, as previously the car wash attendants were not readily available. Hopefully that means the car wash hours will be extended past normal business hours. Now if you're a monthly plan member, you can just drive right in after it scans your barcode.
