Eugene and Jerome took very good care of me. After spending $4000 + trying to fix my car with someone else. Jerome had figured out the problem within minutes. He also found a couple of problems that I wouldn't have expected. He went through everything with me, showing me the issue and let me watch while he fixed it. He saved me a bunch of money too!!! These guys REALLY go above and beyond to make sure that customers are educated and do repairs at a fair price! I can't thank you enough! If you're looking for good honest mechanics, this is the place to go. I strongly recommend to anyone.

Eugene is the most kind, honest, and good hearted person/mechanic I have ever met! I first went to Eugene’s when my AC went out in Vegas on my way to CA. He immediately put my nerves at ease and quickly fixed my car. He even called a few hours later to make sure it was still working and that we were okay. Fast forward a few years and I was back in Vegas for a weekend trip. My car started rattling, it didn’t seem to be anything too bad but I knew I would much rather take it to Eugene’s than anywhere else. Again, he was so kind. It feels like you are family the way he and his team treat you. He fixed it in a few minutes while sharing how he brings supplies on any road trips he goes on so he can help anyone he sees stranded on the side of the road—that’s the kind of person he is! He will take care of you and you’ll never want to see another mechanic after him. Truly cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for everything, Eugene!!

I called over to ask if they would be able to fix my rear bumper that was popping off as well as attach a new spoiler for me. I spoke with Eugene and he told me to come on over and he'd look at it right away. He gave me a super fair price and we set up a day for him to work on my vehicle, and it didn't take him long at all! I was welcomed by Jerome, Eugene’s son, who listened carefully and had two major issues in my Armada fixed before I even finished my workday—fast, honest, and professional. Eugene has been a huge support every time I’ve had issues with my car, and I’ve visited his shop multiple times now. Every single time, he’s been honest, helpful, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. One standout experience was when I had an issue with my headlights. The dealership told me it would cost around $1,500, which was overwhelming. Eugene took the time to find a much more affordable solution without sacrificing quality. He figured out how to lower the labor cost and source the right replacement parts, and in the end I only spent around $400–$500. That kind of honesty and effort is rare. Eugene is the man. He saved my a$$ when I had broken down while towing my trailer smack-dab in the middle of a busy intersection near his shop late at night. Let’s talk about one of the best services I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I backed into a dumpster leaving a huge dent in my brand new Hyundai Kona 2024. Took it to Eugene’s he gave me a break down of all the costs, and when we discovered it might cost more than the original price of the parts and take a little longer for that part to come in, Eugene was very prompt and pleasant in communicating with me straight forward about this. He had my car fixed in under a week. I was so pleased with how everything turned out and functioned smoothly I’ve now kept him at the front of my mind for referring him to others. My dad took his Toyota tundra to him, as well for some major damage done to the front of his truck a few months before and said his truck looked amazing and ran great! He also mentioned how kind Eugene was and what a fun sense of humor Eugene has. The pricing of the work is fabulous as is the service. Had an issue with my kids car, towed and hit a curb. Eugene over at Eugene‘s Complete auto and body repair took care of his car and back on the road the next day. Price is fair and is worth every dollar. I work in the industry in a different state, so trying to find someone that will take care of any automotive issue is hard to being with, but Eugene made the process smooth and easy. Once the car was back home, i put it on a lift to check it out, there was no issue and the work was done properly. Prices are very great and you would not believe the prices. I would recommend his service to anyone in the Metro Las Vegas area. Going to send my kid to him for his auto repair moving forward, no more paying big bucks to those companies that say they can fix anything. Eugene is a one stop shop, just give them a call and be surprised on the service they offer.

From the very beginning, Eugene went above and beyond in a way I will never forget.
