I had an older BMW that had a lot of issues when I brought it in. It was dying in the lot, we were missing a tire lock, and the wheel ended up having a huge air bubble. The staff was very kind to us, never made us feel like a burden and let us keep the vehicle in the garage over night while the tires delivered. When we returned the next day, they were very descriptive and intensive with what they did and found, I left feeling confident and informed on my vehicle. They even helped me jump the car and tested the battery to let me know its poor state. I would highly recommend this location for your automotive needs, I will be returning. Hopefully with less issues this time lol

The professionalism and the knowledge of the people that assisted me were incredible. I had multiple issues with my vehicle which were a bit of a challenge. And although the part that I needed for my older vehicle was not readily available, the crew and staff provided great options of where I could possibly procure the part. I will definitely go back once I procure the part, but will continue going back for service for all our vehicles.

Walk-in, traveling though, my tires felt like they were out of balance. The gentleman checked me in told me he only had one technician and he was busy but never make me feel unimportant. We waited about an hour and he rotated my tires. Price was very reasonable and my travels were much better. Great store and great people.

after paying over 2k for tires on my 22 silverado , i picked up my truck and whatever that stuff they use to slide the tire on the wheel is was still all over the rims & dried up on there.. very unprofessional if u ask me. it took at least an hour for me to clean it off i will not give tire choice any moore of my buisness.

So I have a place that’s really honest & I never have any problems with , but my car started over heating & my place is 30mins away & couldn’t get me in til Monday . So I googled places close to my house & this place popped up with good reviews . So I decided to try , they told me my radiator & thermostat needed to be replaced . They originally told me $2,200 or 17,000 if they can save upper & lower radiator hose. I called my place & they quoted me 1,400 & they automatically replace hoses when they do radiator , so I’m believing they tried to over charge me , I called back & told them the price difference then they were able to drop the price down all the way to 1,590 , I pick my car up on Friday then Sat my car is barely starting. Mind you I have had no issues with my car starting at all . So I feel they tried to over charge me & my car had new issues the next day .

I had a total of 4 services from this location due to their amazing deals and promos. The mechanics are hardworking and efficient. My last visit will be the end of my loyalty to this location. Dusty was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a promotion I received via mail. The promo was a $30 off directly from the store location. He didn't let me finish talking and as if he knew what I was about to say. He explained that it's through valvoline rebate 3rd party. Sir, please review your companies ongoing promos because that's a major selling strategy for your company to attract new and current customers. There's levels to customer service. Listening to your loyal clients is mandatory. But that one employee failed this team. The rest of tech services representative were pleasant and professional.
