This place is a scam please beware. I brought my vehicle in to have repaired for smog testing. Paid over 800 dollars engine light never went off. Everytime I bring it back received excuses and added on issues they claim were new insisting that I pay an additional 1100 dollars for work I’ve received in the past from them, that didn’t last over a year. Owner is rude in doesn’t care about your concerns. Called me a liar when I told him my Engine light never went off after repairs ! Even after bringing it back several times for the same issues.

I came in last week after work because I needed the alternator in my car replaced.. they took my car in and replaced it so quick! Manager on duty showed me the work that was done and off I went.. my car runs so smooth. I am so happy with the service and results. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. i don’t even want to give them a 1star but unfortunately i have no choice but if it was left up to me they would get a 0. i brought my car here a couple of years ago and they were supposed to have repaired it but they didn’t and they didn’t have any problems with taking my money $2,300 when they called me to come pick my car up i couldn’t even drive it i had to have it towed and when the insurance company came out end up totaling it so i filed a complaint with DMV and got legal help were still pursuing legal action and trying to get my money back. So if you don’t want to get ripped off do not go here.Rolando didn’t do anything but lie and take my money bad business 🤨

Hi I am a long time customer of aa auto care west Ann street so I called in and Emilio answered the phone the front desk gentleman that works in the front was very polite and I ask him I would like to come in and change my oil today and he said yeah come on in we have two ppl ahead of me so I did and only waited 20 minutes and my 2021 Honda pilot was done my oil change and as long as I been going there for many of years Emilio and Rolando the manager was very awesome and very polite and very good customer service 100/00

These guys always do a great job, and they are fast. They don't try and push additional services, and they cost 30% less than Firestone (which is horrible by the way). The best thing is that unlike jiffy lube they use models specific coolant rather than one size fits all which is very bad for your engine. Megan is the best it always seems cheerful.

Brought my 2003 Honda Crv in for a smog and oil change and Ronaldo was very helpful. Turns out my axles were pretty bad and needed replacement ASAP. He quoted me a great price and they fixed it within 2 hours and had me back on the road with my passing smog certificate, new oil and oil filter, tire rotation and even though I had bought an air filter from AutoZone and they said they would put in for me as a courtesy, which was awesome, it turns out I have an aftermarket air intake so I just bought a k&n filter cleaning kit and cleaned it myself. Super grateful for these guys. Glad they caught that, because it could have been catastrophic and ruined a car I have only had for a year... So it's still new to me! That would have been devastating. Thanks Ronaldo and everybody else at AA Auto 😀

Don’t go here. I came in because my car was heavily leaking oil and coolant. They supposedly fixed it. After a few days of driving, my car starts smoking. Brought back in. Now suddenly it’s the turbo engine. $4000 and two entire weeks later. I come back to finally pick up my car, which is parked not even near the auto shop and my front windshield is completely cracked. It looks like a rock was thrown at it and the oil is low. Ronaldo (the manager/owner) refuses to reimburse me anything for my time. And now I have to leave it in bad hands with them again and go get a second option on what they’ve done. Save your money and time.

"This vehicle was disabled and could not be driven. It was towed by AAA to AA Auto-Care at 4665 W Ann Rd in North Las Vegas for repairs. Upon arrival, at 8 am,the vehicle was pushed by the facility staff into a parking space. I did not park or operate the vehicle at the time the citation was issued at 1:15pm. The vehicle was in the custody and control of the repair facility while awaiting service. Rolando the manager is very deceitful saying it’s the owner of the shop is responsible. Don’t use this shop. & they are still doing it those photos is not my car just proof they park cars there knowing it will be ticketed.
