My visit was awesome. It was late morning and I asked if my vehicle could be completed my 12:45 pm. He said he could not guarantee it but would try. I walked to the bank and store and when I returned to the store I mentioned I needed my tires rotated and had a coupon. The agent was able to accommodate my request. I was out of the store by 12:50 pm. I am extremely impressed with the service and professionalism. I will return and tell my family friends.

I went to the this location after finding out the next door competitor was too busy to handle my auto needs. I walked in and was greeted and had my auto issue in under five minutes. The store manager was a caring and helpful guy. The female mechanic is awesome at her job! I was absolutely impressed and satisfied with the experience and level of service provided. I would recommend anyone to check them out you will not regret it ! They are amazing!

First time. Glad I went. Excellent service, and probably the best overall inspection of a vehicle that I have seen. And because of that, found a small oil leak which otherwise left un notice. The prices are a bit high for some of the service packages. You get what you pay for. We will be back.

I’m sure the mechanics are fine at their job but trying to charge somebody 1200 dollars for spark plugs and another 1200 to plug a leaky fuel line is absolutely ridiculous if you don’t mind spending 2400 dollars on bs you can do urself go ahead but I don’t know what they expect from the average joe in this economy

I've had high hopes for this shop but NOPE!! TOOK CAR FOR COOLENT LEAK THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 HOURS GAVE ME A LIST OF THINGS WRONG BUT DECLINED JUST WANTED THE LEAK TO STOP THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE LEAKING... NEXT THING I KNOW 10 DAYS LATER!!!! AFTER THEM TELLING ME EVERYDAY IT WILL BE DONE TOMORROW... NEVER CALLED TO GIVE UPDATES I WAS SO PISSED HAD TO MISS DOC APTS !!... BUT FINALLY GET MY CAR BACK AND THE NEXT DAY THERES OIL LEAKING ON MY DRIVEWAY... IM SO MAD AT THIS POINT SINCE MY CAR DURANGO HAS NEVER LEAKED OIL.. TAKE IT BACK TO SHOP THEY TRY TO BLAME ME THAT ITS MY FAULT AND SAY ITS ANOTHET 1300 TO FIX THE CAR.. AT THIS POINT IM SO MUCH MORE PISSED OFF TOLD THE MANAGER JOHNATHAN HE LOOKED AND SAID THERE WASNT A LEAK IN THE FIRST REPORTS N NOW THERE IS THAT ITS BECAUSE THE WORK THEY DID AND IT CAUSED THAT PART TO LEAK ..... Top notch experience. I was in a bad state when arriving. Richard, the manager got my car in right away. He was friendly and professional. The estimate was very fair and the inspection was thorough. I appreciated the pictures and absence of pressure for additional repairs. The mechanic, Z, was extremely competent and informative (also very friendly and professional). Big thanks to them!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. If I was able to give negative stars, I would. Went in for breaks, rotors and rear shocks. Dropped my car off at 7am. Was told by the service advisor it would be done around 9am. Noon rolled around and I had still not heard anything. Had to call for an update and was told that the tech had broke a tool but would be done within the next half an hour. Waited an hour and half to be safe and went to go see if it was ready. When I arrived my car was still on the lift and not done at 1.45pm. I was then told that they received the wrong parts and it would be another 45 minutes max. So I asked if they were going to call me when it was done. 4.15pm and I FINALLY received a call saying they were test driving my car and it would be ready to pick up in about 15 minutes. Went up at 4.45pm to pick up my car and it was still in the bay with the hood up. 20 minutes later, they finally back my car out of the bay. Went forward and reversed a little bit outside and were checking things still. They checked something under the car and told me I was good to go. I wish that the time and lack of communication was the worst part of my experience. Once my daughter and I got in my car and put it in drive, the manager hollered for me to wait. He got under my car and did something again. Then the mechanic came out with a tool and went back under the car again. A couple minutes later, they informed me they had to pull the car back in to the bay. They then proceeded to pull it back in and put it back on the lift. Turns out the tech did not tighten the shocks all of the way. They tightened everything and said I was good to go. The service advisor then came out and handed me a business card with a 50% off my next service with them for the inconvenience. I told him that I would not be coming back. That I did not trust the work they did as they released my car to me with loose rear shocks that they just replaced. I felt so unsure of the work they did, I drove over to Sun Auto and asked them to go through and check to make sure everything was safe. Sun Auto was amazing! They pulled my car in immediately to double check everything. Thank goodness I did, because they found that rear shocks were still loose. Meineke failed in a couple different aspects. If they had communicated earlier in the day that it was going to take longer than expected, that would have been fine. Communicate if there are issues. Dont just let it go and hope for the best. Just communicate. However, I will not be returning there for service due to them releasing the car to me and then stopping me to pull it back in and tighten the shocks. Which ended up still not being tight. Meineke is welcome to contact me for further information.

They have done oil changes, fixed emission leak, and fixed a crappy brake job I had done at a different shop. They are nice, professional and provide you pics of the issue along with written estimates. I recommend this shop!

I was able to make my appointment online which I always prefer. The price of my oil change was a little more than I expected but they do a whole inspection on your vehicle for any issues or things that can become an issue. My oil change was taken care of promptly. The front desk associate was pleasant and informative, especially about the rewards program which can get you free services the more you spend. Would come back again if I can afford it. Might just have to learn how to change my oil with this economy.

While I was at Meineke to get my oil change and get my check engine light diagnostic, I was provided with good customer service. Jonathan worked up front while I was there, and he answered all my questions about the check engine light and the process for the diagnostic and potential repair. He also provided me with a quote for suggested repairs in case I wished to get anything else done at a later date. Hansen was also able to fix everything on my car after the diagnostic showed what the problem was, and even with the oil change, the diagnostic, and fixing my car, I was in and out in a much shorter time than I anticipated. It left me extra time to get ready to go out too so I can definitely say it was a good experience.
