The worst place to get your oil changed. They told me it would be a 1 hour wait and I waited 3. When I arrived there were only two cars in front of mine and it still took them 3 hours.

Terrible unprofessional employees in the auto center. It doesn't seem as if they were properly trained to do their job or in customer service at all. They were all just talking to each other about what time they are getting off, trying to switch days and one African man was on his phone saying he has to go home because he's tired of being there. Of all of the employees there, only Robert was nice. The "manager" they called over was very rude, her name was Adelfa. She was standing at the register and was supposed to be helping the growing customers in line but was blatantly on her phone texting and blew off the customers when asked a question. Louis assisted us and was very rude and told us to go get our own battery ourselves but we had no idea what kind we were supposed to get, very unprofessional and upsetting. We got a warrantied battery replacement and should be simple. Lake Mead Walmart auto center employees were very nice and when we came over here because they had the battery in stock, all the employees acted like we were taking money from their paycheck from us getting a new battery replacement. Jonathan at Lake Mead was superb and professional. This exact Walmart auto center was like the twilight zone, avoid if you can.

A customer at the register was being advised by "The Tire Guy" that his tire change is a minimum 2-hour wait because he's the only tire guy working there. The customer rightfully asked who he has to speak with to get him fired because of his terrible attitude. We agreed, turned around and walked out of this dump. Two Walmart locations in one day (Craig/Simmons and Charleston/Decatur)... no new tires on our car. Gladly going anywhere else for tires.

I was her today 5/5/23 at 7:45 am to get all 4 new tires and no one was here at the counter to assist, I called the CS numbers and no answers. Finally one female manager shows up and one female to the counter she was late to work and so was the manager. Emily was her name. The manager was not in a good mood.

Worst car service ever! Do not take your car here! Showed up at 10 am for a quick oil change. Had to hunt someone down. Tall black man in the service bay told me that the lube WAS NOT included in the service,and that it would be 1 1⁄2 hours. Next I asked if I could get a rain check, but the manager was not in. While waiting I was informed their lube machine was broken, and HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR 3 MONTHS! Talked to service manager Joe who strolled in after 11am,and he could give me a rain check for the lube, however he didn't know how long it would be until they got the machine fixed. Sat in waiting room for over an hour. 2 other people said it was NOT disclosed that the lube machine was down. One woman waited 3 HOURS for a tire repair!

One of the worst places I've gotten an oil change at. They told me it was going to be 45 minutes and ended up being almost 2 hours. Apparently the car was done and nobody told me about it. Not only that, but they also didn't change the sticker letting me know when my next oil change is

Terriable!!!! This place is no good there's always lines and not enough workers for thr pass 2 days I've came in a hour before close and they have been pushing customers away I haven't been able to do my oil change because they keep saying there close but closing hours is 7 and they start shutting it down at 6 a hour early this is the worse place ever!!! Dont waste your time or money

Great place to get an oil change or if you need a new battery! Great prices! Only cost about 20 bucks for my oil change. Plus I needed a new battery and they put it in for free along with checking all my battery cables and they even put air in all my tires for no extra charge. This place is great for all of your basic auto care. Can't beat the prices.

Well, it's a 2 parter. 1st I came in. Ordered tires so that they would be in next day, supposed to be there by 11am and appt at 12pm. They said they would call me if the tires didn't come on time. Next day, no call. I get there at 12pm to why are you here? I ordered tires yesterday and yall were supposed to call if they didn't. After looking around, couldn't find them. Said they would text when they did. Got text at 430pm that said tires are here, come on in. Got there at 440pm. Said why are you here again. Said I got you text. Took them 25 minutes to find tires but then said it might be 2 HOURS before they MIGHT could put them on. People left, short handed, no appt. Them they saw my earlier appt. Said it would be better if I come back tomorrow. Made ANOTHER appt for 12pm next day. Arrived again and was 1st told I had to move my car to other side (side note: previous day diagnosed with torn ligament so now I'm limping In a giant boot). Aggravated, I move the car. Then "why are you here?" Explain situation AGAIN. 10 MINUTES later they finally find my tires. Now it's smooth except.... They say 1 - 1/2 hours, done in 1 hour 11 minutes. Then whomsoever did my ticket left off road hazard on tires with a debunked excuse. Had to pay for that separately. Stars could have been better but too much run around and everyone is NOT on same page. By the by, I replaced 4 tires that day so it seems like it should have been a bit more involved in being helpful.

Went to have 4 tires installed, and waited almost 4hrs. I noticed a couple of customers being helped before my vehicle. Closing time came and the service tech said "I cannot do the truck tires they are too big and my back hurts." The tech was basically doing the easier jobs, wasting time for the shop to close. Very unprofessional, The service manager left right at 7pm Closing time knowing several cars were needing service. I arrived at 4pm and I am writing this at 7:45pm and still waiting.

Very bad experience, I promise not to return, they do not respect appointments, my time, Much less the need to attend to my priority which to buy 4 tires . I hope it is feedback So that they don't lose more customers

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is a joke. Wouldn't take walk-in for 4 tyres - no problem, made appointment for 3pm. Car dropped off at 2:50. 2 other cars (1 oil change, 1 for tyres) and 3 staff working. 3 HOURS for tyres to be changed!! The oil change guy was over 2hours. For a 10minute oil change. Yes they're cheap, but there is a very good reason for that. A bit of it is lack of staff, but at the same time, 3 staff for 3 cars is not overworked. This is our second time using Walmart and I've just cancelled my + membership because the place wasted so much of our time. Not that Walmart care - they'll continue with sub-par service for pennies and some fool will keep using them, complaining as they go. Really poor customer service. All 3 cars completed within minutes of each other. What, were y'all seeing who dared to finish the latest or something?

I have a very satisfactory experience at this Auto Care Center at W. Craig Rd, today. The technician who checked me in was very efficient and helpful. I had a tire balance and rotation job, 4 tires, and the technician who performed the tire balance and rotation was very knowledgeable and his workmanship was excellent. I recommend everyone to go to this place for auto care job.

It's very rude employees I get it your hot but the sarcasm is crazy asks for help. It's getting in cabin filter for my car. He pointed me to a computer and told me to follow the prompts, I followed the prompts. I don't really know too much about cars. And I was confused. So I just gave up to get my oil changed there. Great price, just rude older African American man was just all over the place hitting the computer and irritated.

This auto center needs to fire everyone there and start fresh with people who help not hurt the customers. I was the first in line at 7am, they said they can't take me in for a rotation and balance because they have a job at 8:30. If they can't rotate the tires on a minivan in 1.5 hours that says the workers are either lazy or incompetent or both. Nevertheless go to another Walmart Auto center and gamble they have good employees who want to earn their pay, not like the people at this Walmart who'd rather sit around on the clock for free money.

I ordered 4 tires online and brought them here to mount and balance. These guys in Auto were courteous and helpful with any issues that we had come up. There was a problem that they wouldn't change my oil because of a drain valve and the filter was too tight. Idk. I think that mounting the tires wore them out. A friend and I did the oil last night and the filter was over tight for an oil filter but not too tight to remove safely. I still really appreciate their efforts and I'll be back when it's time to rotate these great tires for my Prius. Tires ordered from Walmart.com were Nokian eNTYRE 2.0 195X65Xr15. A few weeks old and their performing great!

If you don't make an appointment expect to be here for over 3 hours. If you make an appointment expect to be here for at least 2 hours. They're so slow and really don't care about your time at all. I made an appointment because I'm at busy person who doesn't have hours on end to sit around doing nothing while you fix a hole in my tire
