Been here twice. And both times it was like a last minute/ emergency problem and both times they took me in and helped me out 100% . The price, the service these gentlemen did was outstanding compared to the Firestone, discount tire and most shops that don’t help you out same day without scheduling you few days later. I will keep coming here

They have taken care of me a few times and they give excellent service. The manager/employee at the front desk ALWAYS helps out asap. When I went to pick up my car I witnessed them helping a senior woman just to double check her car was fine to drive after she had just been hit on the road. I will definitely return there for my tire and oil changes too.

Do not go here very unprofessional. I called to get my 35 inch tires mounted to get a price. They told me $32 to mount and balance my tires I ask if they have time to do it now and I can head over they say yes I told him I’ll be there in 20 minutes. I get there. There’s tire tech is out for lunch. They tell me to come back in 45 minutes again I asked if the price they gave me was correct for mounting and balancing my tires. He again says yes come in at 3 o’clock even sets me up for an appointment with all my information I come in at 3 o’clock and now he says we can’t do the tires. They are too big and there will be an additional charge. I say OK what will be the additional charge they say $235 so basically they doubled my price very very unprofessional I would not recommend

I was at costco when I realized I had a flat tire, I did a quick Google search and this shop came up. Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, they were able to to fix my flat with a simple steam change. Miguel has great customer service, I had to return a few days later when I was feeling a wiggle while I drive. I had been gaslighted by another shop and was told it was my brakes but I knew it was my tires, so I went back to Miguel and his team and he found the problem. I will definitely will be recommending this location to my friends and will be returning for all my tire needs.

Great place! Great team. They are honest and trustworthy. They didn’t try and sell me on something I asked about. They told me I didn’t need it. I will continue to use them for oil/brake/tire needs. 2nd trip was just as good as the first! Took in my husband’s car and they are just good people. Quality work with a respectful price.

I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. I hadn’t been able to find a trustworthy person or shop to work on my car, but the manager, Miguel, and the assistant manager, Marvin, made sure I was taken care of. Although there was a delay in my car being fixed, I trust that my car will run better than how I brought it in. They really take care of your car like family and the prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend! Also, no surprises on the price, no messed up/missing parts, and they advise you of what needs to be looked at while giving you the choice to have it looked at now or later. They were never pushy. 100% recommend them to my family!

Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!

Called into big Brand Tire and Spoke with Miguel. Miguel heard my concerns. Overnight my tires. Calls me @ 10am next Day says Tires are in. Stopped in that afternoon and they switched me out within an hour! Great service! No wasted time. While I was there I noticed 3 other vehicles come in and were taken in quickly.
