If you have an Onan generator in Vegas, this is the place to go. They do the job right for a good price on quality work. Someone else may give you a cheaper estimate, but you’ll be getting what you pay for. They are really good on communication to let you know the status of your job and to tell you everything up front. My Dad has been in Vegas his whole life, and he said these are the guys to do the work. Really glad I listened to him.

Spent the entire day in service at the Cummins dealer here . (Clint the service manage ) was exceptional ! Sadly the problem wasn’t as quick and easy as nox sensor would have been but it’s all good . The SCR was replaced in 2019 in Cheboygan. It was a recall fix and they came to us because we were in D rate at that time . The same part that replaced the old one failed !!! This isn’t something that should have happened but what ya going doing to do . The shop here was great very informative and love our tec She was awesome! Not only did she get the part on and the system all up and running she was able to get all the service stuff done as well . They thought we would have to come back for that so I’m very very happy it’s all done . New SCR , new doser seals , new fuel filters, new oil filter new oil, everything lubed and ✅✅✅. Should be good for another 30,000 miles !!! Not that we wanted to put another 3,000 in her but at least it’s all done and ready to motor on. This has to be one of the best shops we’ve been too ! Ever out in Vegas and need help or simple service go to Cummins they will take care of you !

Professionals and customer oriented folks work here!! They get first place in our book after 12 years full timing on the road and visiting multiple service sites across the nation. Cummins, Henderson, Colorado is a close second place! Keep up the good work!

I had problems with the the radiator over flow tank. Called them and Shawn set me up with an appointment the next morning at 7am. They run their tests and found it was a busted over flow tank. They ordered the parts and took care of my Good Sams elite insurance. They even have spots with hook up for RVs. We spent the night and they had the parts the next morning. And had us on the Road by afternoon. Very professional and fast. Tks cummins.

Well, I cant say that I share the same feelings of my expierience here as others. First of all the staff was far from friendly or courteous. Dropped off our motorhome for an engine code for crancase pressure, and they wanted to replace the head. Had 30k miles on the engine, no smoke out the pipe or water in the oil, etc. This bus ran great, had power and wasnt overheating. Rather than looking at simple causes, I get a ridiculous $10+ quote, just to start on it. Then to top it off when I say no, I cant get the service manager to answer calls, or return emails. Finally got them to just replace the oil cooler for another problem, and while they did do that, my motorhome curtain was covered with oil and grease from the tech rubbing his jacket on it as he went by. After returning home, I dug in and noticed the crancase filter was covered in oil, and the oil seperator o-ring was spilt. Consequencly, the crankcase was overfilled with oil and the filter was smothered. But instead we jump to a head issue through faulty troubleshooting. Hopefully not all other Cummins service locations are run like this one.

Horrible service, took our camper in to have our camper van generator worked on. Show up and they say there’s no mechanic to work on it. Left for 3 days and no work was done on it. Waste of my time and waste of my money. They didn’t even try to make up for it. Even after I spent $30 on a Lyft in order to drop it off and took half a day off at work to accommodate their hours. Never coming back.

I can not say enough good things about this company and the crew they have at this location. From Adam helping me over the phone and working my driver in quickly, to Clinton with his perfect communication with the estimate on repairs and so quick to answer all my questions, to Terry for finding the issues so fast and helping when other mechanics failed. I also want to give a shout out to Stephen and Madelyn for being just plain awesome as well. I want to circle back around to Clinton, he went back to the yard after work, on his own time, to make sure my driver was safe and ok. The heat was well past the 100's, Clinton offered to pay for him a hotel out of his own pocket to get him some air. Clinton, my friend, you are one in a million. You are a true asset to your company, I hope they realize that men like you are hard to find and you make their company look that much better. You are a true blessing and may you and your coworkers always be blessed. You are the BEST COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!

AWFUL Management!!! We spent an entire day here and we were charged over $700.00 and they did NOTHING and couldn't tell us how much it might end up costing. The manager was throwing out numbers as high as $20,000.00 in repairs with no guarantee of it being done in a week. We had it stored up the street in a secure area by the nascar track called Realize Truck parking. Very nice people and it was there for a week. We had it towed home and that cost us $2700.00 (that's with AAA RV towing) and our mechanic fixed it. It had a new faulty air filter....THAT'S IT!! And we even suggested to the worker at Cummins that the air filter was recently replaced. Once the new air filter was in all codes cleared. And we had one code when we went into Cummins and left with mulitple codes on. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!

Avoid this place, we set an appointment weeks in advance, drove 200 miles to get there. I just needed a level one service basically an oil change and filter {Generator.} Went in the guy was not even cordial. He asked me if I'm dropping the motorhome off. I said no I have an appointment. He said there is no mechanic available to do the oil change. Not only that I read another review of exactly the same experience. Thanks Cummins for wasting my time and money! I think you need a new Manager at this location!

Worst experience I've ever had for service and absolutely no resolution to my problem. I have a Owan/Cummins generator in my older RV. A local mechanic couldn't fix it. I called Cummins and after speaking with a representative was assured they had the knowledge, resources and equipment to analyze the problem and assured me they would return a generator in running condition. After waiting two weeks for an appointment (their tech was injured) I finally got the vehicle into the shop. After 3 days they condemned the generator, recommended a new generator ($7,300.00 installed) said they didn't know if that would fix the problem and charged me $540.00 for nothing. I left with the problem I went there with and no answer as to why the generator didn't run.

Having problems with my generator on my RV had them look at it and troubleshoot it and they did a very thorough job of going through the generator and discovering the problem and letting me know. Both of the front desk gentleman of the service department and the service manager are very good at handling people like me. I'm a little loud and rough around the edges. But they stayed cool and calm and got me taken care of. I really appreciate their due diligence.

Nice clean facility. Comfortable customer waiting lounge. Friendly, helpful staff. ATTENTION FULL TIME RVers. The staff here is very accommodating! You can stay in your RV on their property while it's being worked on. They provide on-site security plus 50 amp power. No water or sewer, but at least you can stay in your home while waiting for parts.

Recently, I purchased a motorhome with a Cummins Generator. I bought the Motorhome (Thor 24F) brand new in 2023. Almost immediately, I started having generator problems (hard to start, shutting off during loads, and finally failing to start). I took the motorhome in for repairs in July 2024 for warranty work at Blue Compass in Las Vegas. The service adviser told me they didnot work on generators, and I would have to contact Cummins for repairs. I asked the service adviser to document the generator problems on the maintence work order which he did. After this, I called the Cummins dealer in North Las Vegas and was told they only had one certified technician, and he was out on extended sick leave. After 6 months of waiting, I finally found a place to perform warranty work. This cost me over $2000. The repair facility submitted the warranty paperwork, but no one would honor the warranty. Even though the Cummins dealership was notifed of the problem in July 2024 (well within the warranty period) they will not honor the warranty. I strongly suggest, if you are considering a Cummins product or purchasing equipment with a Cummins generator or other products they sell, reconsider your purchase. I know my days of purchasing Cummins products is over.

Excellent customer service. Excellent, friendly technicians and personal. We got immediate service for our RV and also scheduled a detailed service for the next day. They worked the whole day on our DEF failure problem and stayed passed closing time to get the problem fixed. We will get our RV serviced there periodically from now on. Strongly recommend this bussiness.

I recently had a great experience at the Cummins service center in Las Vegas, and I can't recommend them enough! After blowing a head gasket while coming out of Napa, we decided to get our coach checked before heading into Zion. We arrived late Thursday night, and to our relief, the service team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Right away, they gathered around to assess the situation and quickly suspected it could be a head gasket issue. They pulled our coach into the service bay and had a full diagnosis ready in just an hour and a half! Fortunately, they confirmed our suspicion, and while we did need to replace the head gasket, I was impressed by their efficiency and expertise. Thanks to their hard work, we were back on the road by Friday evening, allowing us to enjoy our time in Las Vegas and continue our adventure. If you ever find yourself in need of service, I highly recommend the Cummins service center in Las Vegas for their knowledgeable staff and outstanding service!

I arrived at 7:00am for my appointment to have repairs made to my semi-truck; I had stopped in the day before, which is how I got the 7am appointment time. After check-in paperwork was completed, I was then directed to the drivers lounge to wait. It's now 2:30pm, and no one has come in to let me know what's going on with my truck (7.5 hours waiting). So I exit the drivers lounge and go to the service counter to speak with the service technician, and she tells me that the technician will come talk to me as soon as he is done with the estimate . Another 15 minutes and the service technician came to give me the estimate, which was no surprise, bad injector and a few other items. The surprise was when they said they didn't have anyone to start the work and couldn't get to it until another 3 days. What the he'll was the appointment for? It would have saved me a full workday if they had just been honest and said we can't work on your truck until 3 days from now. I was wondering why the drivers lounge was empty. No one goes there for service. Now I know, and so do you.

above average service until I left their location. I got to Desert Eagle RV park in Nellis AFB and discovered that someone had used our commode to do #2, broke the arm to the access rear hatch , two bay doors some how got damaged (see pics), the portion of the radiator where the fan is located did not get clean and the entire engine did not get steamed clean as stated on the invoice. I hope I make it home without any heating issues. Never got an estimate before any work was done. Lesson learned.

Absolutely incredible staff. I was trying to get out of town with our motor home for a month long vacation and my Onan generator had an issue, Curtis jumped right in and was able to get me in early in the morning and resolved the issue. I wish I could remember the technician's name that came out and explained the situation to me, he was great as well. Either way I'm forever grateful for the excellent customer service that I received. By the way, the facility, service desk, drivers lounge and sales area were absolutely outstanding as far as cleanliness and professionalism. (see attached photos).
