Terrible experience. My truck was in the shop for almost a month, and I was only told at the end that I had to buy a 12v battery. My spare tire was swapped with one that doesn’t belong to my vehicle, and my bed cover is now loose. Poor communication and quality control — I would not recommend this shop.

My experience with Caliber Collision (4527 Losee Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89081) has been nothing short of extraordinary. Esteban Ramirez was the person that assisted me the whole step of the way, and he was the consummate professional. He kept me abreast of the entire process and never made me feel as if I was a bother. After I received my car back from them (Esteban delivered my car straight to my place of employment, which was much appreciated!) he patiently explained to me the items that they repaired. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision as their customer service is exceptional! The people that they have working for them TRULY care for their customers. They did an amazing job. They kept me up to date with text alerts. David was the staff who helped me so if you have options please choose him. He very thorough. Which may mean they pride themselves on great customer service because the receptionist was very kind and attentive as well. I will definitely use them again. All completed between the 5th of the month and ready for pick up on the 18th.

Brought my car in to be repaired after a minor accident. One of the fog lights doesn’t turn on. There are panel gaps on every part of the front of the car. windshield wipers are touching on the plastic. I heard noises when steering. I keep calling to get this fixed and they just tell me someone will call me back and no one ever does. I am considering getting my attorney involved!

Got rear ended... These guys were top notch, from the initial communication, to the daily TEXT message updates, and that final call that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. Ms Alexis (I think that was her name) was great when going over the paperwork on pick up. Communication between them and my insurance company was also on point and the work on the exterior was outstanding along with some of the trunk, but Esteban let us know when going over the work done, that there is a Lifetime Warranty on the repairs that were completed and we are Very Happy with their work and would recommend them to use for your body work needs. Only reason I give 4 stars is because every business has room for improvement. I want to start by thank Carlos he was awesome I needed a ride home and he was there to help was very courteous and showed genuine concern about my vehicle getting fixed correctly. Like to mention Esteban we started off on rocky road but at the end he was very helpful and I appreciate everything he did also the general manager and I apologize but I forgot his name my sincerest apologies. He also is a very good complement to the company. I have a club and do many fundraisers and am big in the car community and have already spread the word. In the 106 degree Las Vegas heat and through lunch hour traffic, I easily found Caliber. I was referred Progressive insurance . I was apprehensive about the whole process That all changed, I walked into a bright, clean5 reception area where I checked. In Minutes Esteban Ramirez, Service Advisor brought us out to my 2023 Dodge Durango Professional, and knowledgeable about his trade, he explained the whole repair process. He called twice to update us on the vehicle repairs. Our Durango was ready ahead of schedule looking like brand new. Thank you for a job well done

This body shop is absolutely my go to! From the beginning they made this stressful situation easy! Esteban and his team did amazing work to fix my back bumper after getting hit and not only did he do it quickly but efficiently.
