Horrible customer service! Programmer made check engine light come on. Everytime I call gotta give them some other information. Instead of them making it right or giving me back my money!

how can dyno jet recommend on their website a business that is crooked? besides being very incompetent (which they admitted to me to) i had my bike picked up by a business they recommend on their website A&J Cycle Performance 8411 Old Marlboro Pike, Bldg #23 Upper Marlboro , MD, 20772 this guy picked up my bike from the dealer now over 7 months ago he has given more excuses ans reasons why he is taking this long, i had to involve a lawyer to hopefully get it back! Thank you dyno jet!

Had and issue with my install of the Dynojet's Target Tune for my 2016 Harley Davidson Street Bob with Power Vision. e-mailed the question to the help line, Keith returned my e-mail and went above and beyond by answering my questions in a phone call even though it is not the product he normally supports. Thank you Keith you helped make my weekend work turn out a success.

Working with Dynojet is a flawless experience for us dealers and the consumers. Michael Pacheco is swift at responding to tune request and has even followed up with us when we have lacked information that was needed for tunes. When it comes to their products and their customer service is second to none.

I recently purchased a Power Commander for my Ducati. I ended up needing a specific retaining clip for a connection and it's definitely an obscure part so I reached out for a replacement from Dynojet and they spent a fair amount of time making sure I received the correct one. No bs, no yammering and verifying order numbers. Just here let's make your bike ready to ride. Then to everyone's surprise I received the package but someone had opened the envelope and removed the clip. I called and once again they went out of their way to get another clip on the way. I am impressed and recommend them solely based on these interactions. Also, the PC III USB made my bike like a whole new animal.

Thanks DJ for assistance with my 25+ year old ZX9RC1. Professional, answered my queries for my bikes std 40mm CVK carburetors concerning their stage¹Jet kit . The superbike's from the previous century & they helped me identify their Kit was already fitted when I cleaned Carburetors + checked jet sizes as intend fitting TKC70 or 80 & bigger rear sprocket as some asphalt & mostly gravel-road use. Of note is DJ kit comes with 4 Stainless-steel needles of excellent precision (6 grooves) 👌

I'm a repeat customer of dynojet I will NEVER buy from them again. They are very rude and condescending on the phone. As far as customer service goes, they have none. All they care about is getting your money and never helping you. If you've installed any aftermarket products on your bike and need a programmer, go the smarter route and have you ecu flashed. there's no need for their products

I received excellent customer service from Justin Domingo about using their products. Pretty sure he saved me from a full engine rebuild. I highly recommend this business

I purchased the PV4 and installed it on June 7, flashed my FLD and I was happy with the new tune. However, I went to connect a couple of days later to do a datalog and the app would not connect to the PV4. Red led is on, green is slow flashing, my bluetooth detects it but app still not connecting. Emailed and spoke to Dynojet support a couple of days ago, and in one is returning my requests to resolve this issue. I am dissatisfied with the way your company supports your product. I have contacted the seller to return the PV4, unless something is done to replace or refund my purchase, I will be contacting my credit card company to report this defective product and the lack of support and file an investigation.

Bought a Power Commander for a Kawasaki Vulcan S. It caused my bike to stop working about 18 months in and spent weeks transporting and diagnosing the issue. It was only half a year out of warranty and it stopped working while I was out for a fairly long ride and was stuck on the road on the way back. I called them for support and see what they could do. They offered half price off a new unit but I had to cover shipping and testing costs which actually brought the total to almost full price unit anyways. Although I did buy this from Australia making it a grey import, I would have hoped they would try help me get the unit half price from their Australian distributor so I didn't have to pay over $150 in shipping costs. I emailed them with this request and they never replied back. Don't have any faith in the reliability of their products nor the customer service. Very unhappy

Bought a power commander 5 for my 2015 z1000. Stranded me twice! Initially it ran well. Then I had problems, cutting off in traffic! So they helped me. Ran well again....2 rides later the bike cuts off on me going down the intersate at 65 mph in traffic and almost takes my life. Flooded with fuel Wont restart. Had to pay for a 2nd tow! Then had to pay to have it un-installed!!! What a rip off. Now it runs fine!!! . Im going to make sure no one I know makes the same mistake I did! Don't buy this aftermarket under engineered garbage. Keep it stock!Save your money. The power gain is Minimal and may cost you your life!!!This 300 POS cost me another 600 in tows and labor , oh ya and almost my life. Thanks guys

Worst customer service I ever dealt with mainly chris Kelly was a horrible experience from the start all the way months later getting some of my money back for a power commander that when hooked up would just flood my bike with fuel and since I couldn't get someone to talk to about the problem I needed my bike and bought from someone else then they want to charge 15% restocking fee like they are restocking something that they sold that was no good?

Bought a unit through fuel moto for my 2023 street glide and had an issue with the unit (my fault, but i was a bit suprised also). Every single company bar none has issues, this is a fact. How they rectify them says everything. Ed and Tami were excellent and I'm grateful. I'd recommend these folks to anyone regardless of goals. They'll make it happen!! All the best. - Mike A.

Bought the powervision from Dynojet Research directly to tune my Harley after I did some minor upgrades (Headpipes and air intake). Bike ran fine before I did the tune. After the tune the throttle response was sluggish and it backfired between shifts. Went to their website and signed on to their Tech Support Chat. After waiting 30 minutes a Tech finally came on and told me I couldn't use the Tech Chat because it was for computer tech only. So I emailed their tech support a couple of times explaining my situation. They never bothered to contact me back. So now I have a 600.00 powervision that is married to my bike and totally worthless.

I bought a $400 PV4 they should name POS. After installing the tune on my bike it was missing the first 10% of throttle. In only 6th gear. This caused a dangerous surge once that 10% was reached because it delivered all 10% as a surge making dangerous conditions in corners etc. When I called "tech" the guy was really rude and said, absolutely the tuner and tune was not the problem. Must be something else. After multiple times with techs trying to figure this out, I decided to just go back to the factory tune. Instantly solve the problem and the bike runs way better than it did on the stupid tune. Now, I own a four hundred dollar piece of garbage. After I finally explained to them that the factory tune works great. Then they said, well, I don't know our bass tunes are just that. They need to be modified. That's not what this platform is sold for. It's sold for plug and play. Company takes no accountability.

So I bought a Power. Vision PB-1b. That in itself functions properly. Both the cable from PV to my bike and to computer are complete junk. It has been two weeks sense I have both spoke with them and filled out there complaint form. This is the worst service I have had from a company in years. So they send you the first tune of your bike from them with the purchase of the Power Vision. The first tune my bike was unrideable. After 3 phone calls they finally decided to send me a new tune. Yes my bike ran better. They told me I must take it to be Dyna tuned. They want you to go spend another fortune to get that done. From what I read and researched you are much much better off buying it from fuel moto or other vendors that actually have support that works. I am very upset with them and would not recommend doing business with the company dyno jet. Go research others that sell the power vision and talk to them before you buy. Good luck.

Recently purchased and installed a Power Commander Fuel Controller for my 2016 Ninja KRT ZX3/300 track bike and am absolutely in love with the ease and ability to switch and modify maps during test & tune. No wonder why they're the leading manufacturer in the US for tuning.

Customer service and support started out great but once I was still having problems with clutch kit for 2020 Polaris Pro emails have stopped. Company was very good at shipping correct secondary spring when it was discovered kit was shipped incorrectly. Now I’m concerned the primary spring could be incorrect. Is this wear normal on primary spring? Some say yes others no but I can’t get any response from Dynojet.

Called Tuesday to get a tune sent over, here we’re are Sunday and guess what. No tune, claimed to be a quick 24 hr turnaround, they took my money quick. Spoke to a gentleman on Friday. Said he was gonna put a rush on it. Not sure what their definition of a rush is, but no rush was made. So by the time these techs get my paid for program over, it was a longer process them actually rebuilding the motor. So I guess I got to deal with this every time I make a change to my bike that requires a tune? What makes it worse is had two beautiful days to get that bike broken in but I missed out, and now it’s crappy rainy weather for the week.
