Vegas Fleet Services is my one stop fleet maintenance and repair shop. They do it all from Annual inspections to break down repairs. I appreciate that they are willing to work with my mechanics to solve problems and get our units back on the road ASAP. Bottom line is they are fast, friendly and honest professionals.

I've been going to Vegas Fleet Services since I purchased my truck 6 years ago. They have gone downhill recently, from customer service to quality work. Not once but TWO times we lost complete control of the vehicle; one time it caused my wife to nearly crash. The numerous hours of going back and forth for the same problem not only cost me hours, but also the cost of the unfinished work that I had already paid for. The last time I dropped it off they had my vehicle for weeks, I had to call multiple times to find out what's going on. The lack of communication with this new clown, Kelly, has brought this place down. He has no clue what is going on, says he will return calls or find out what's going on yet fails to do so. I finally sent an email to request for me to pick it up and found out not only was nothing done yet to my truck, but they informed me that they will only be working on vehicles with a company account. I went down to pick up my truck and noticed right away that it is in worse shape than when I dropped it off, as now there are NEW challenges. I immediately called twice, both times I was sent to voicemail. It’s been a week, and still no call back. This place is a joke. UPDATE: It's been about a year, and to realize all these years working with Vegas Fleet, how much money I got SCAMED from this place. Not only did I fix the squeak, it only costed me $300 vs VFS quote of $5600. WOW, these criminals. Stay far away from these crooks.

Great place, Kent and his staff are amazing! I would do business with them any time! These are the kind of guys that go out of there way to help there customers, even if it's not in there wheelhouse. If it's something they can't fix they will give directions if they know someone who can help. I think that's so cool!! This is the kind of character you don't find these days!!! Keep up the good work Vegas Fleet Services. FYI: they helped me with something of great importance to me, went out of there wheelhouse and got it done!!! Over and above!!!
