Waited on hold to see if they had a battery for my wife's car and I am still on hold waiting. It transferred me to service desk and they put me on hold for another 10 minutes before I decided to take my business elsewhere. Hello Costco

The site says they are open at 8am but they don't do tire stuff until 11am. Keep that in mind so you don't waste your time like I have. The work itself is great though.

Went to the one on Craig Road but they were backed up, requiring an appointment a week in the future. Then went to the one on Serene, and they got to me right away. Good service, good selection, and good prices!

I called and was on hold for 30 min so I drove there (while still on hold). When I got there the phone was unhooked. I ask the help desk for help she said someone would help me. While still on hold and waiting for almost an hour. I stopped someone for help and they said they would find someone for the tire department. No help was given. I heard good things about the tires here and it suck that the service couldn't live up to it! Really disappointed. I took this picture right before I started driving to the store. There goes my membership. Now to cosco.

Horrible experience. I had bought tires and bought the warranty. My tire ends up popping and I go in to replace them with the warranty I paid for and they say they can’t do anything about it… Then what did I buy the warranty for? I don’t know if they’re crooks or just incompetent, but it’s got to be one of the two. I’m most likely going to be cancelling my membership and moving over to Costco. Costco’s tire center has to have at least one working brain cell which would still be one more than the people at this tire center.

The absolute best. Very kind and funny workers. The boss of the Tire and battery department is so nice and honestly takes great care of you. I forgot the worker assisting my husband and I, but he was very funny. Went in and out, didn't give a hassle like other places when forgetting to mention I wanted a tire rotation and balance when I went in for a flat repair! Took 40 minutes for both so I got my shopping done in the mean time. :) Compared to other Sams clubs in the Las Vegas area, this has to take the cake!

I have been buying tires from Sam's for the last twenty years. It used to feel like a perk to have great pricing accompanied with great customer service. I was ready to buy my next set, but unfortunately my customer service experience was so terrible that just out of principle I can't move forward with the purchase. This may be a result of the pandemic due to difficulties to staff, so feel free to add an asterisk to this review, I just hope things improve soon. As for my experience, 30 min on hold, decided to drive to the club to only wait for 30 min to have an employee approach me with a very unpleasant demeanor. I don't argue, I just walk away thanking them and hoping their day improves, but my experience is shared on this platform.

This place has some of the most lazy workers. They make you walk all the way around through the front entrance and around the checkout stand just to go and check in. Idk why they can’t just help you from the front of the shops. I asked them if I could repair my tire and was told they were busy, idk how that was possible when they didn’t have a single car in their shop. Don’t waste your time here, your better off going ti Discount Tires. They treat you better over there in my own experience.

The service was not helpful. I purchased a tire and paid for an installation only to have them return and claim that they can only install four new tires on my vehicle as it's an AWD. Funny how a policy for my "benefit" also happens to increase their sales four fold. I insisted but they refused and not in an understanding way. Jim persistently told me I had to buy 4 new tires and made it seem as though I was making an unreasonable request. I just left with my tire and had another tire shop do the job for me. At least they refunded my money for the installation that was refused.
