Five Stars - Exceptional Service from Angel at Tire Works! We showed up at Tire Works about 30 minutes before closing, expecting to be turned away like we had been at two other stores earlier that day. Instead, Angel greeted us with a smile and jumped right in to help without hesitation. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Not only did they take care of us quickly, but Angel also gave us a huge discount--something we absolutely didn't expect. C8 Corvette ~ Today I had the pleasure of meeting 3 professionals who took part in a wheel swap for my vehicle. Angel kindly greeted me and inspected my vehicle's wheels and tires and thoroughly explained the work to be done. Michael and Alvaro who were assigned, meticulously worked on my wheels, paying careful attention to the lug nuts insuring no damage was done upon torquing them to specs. Prior to giving my car back to me, Michael wiped down my wheels and tires while Alvaro inspected the interior. Now that's great customer service. Thank you gentlemen!

Giovanni has been absolutely amazing and out of this world accommodating. I was out of town and I got a flat tire. My tires are under warranty and the warranty company could not work with me or figure out how to help. Giovanni offered a complete reimbursement for any tire I had to purchase so that I was able to get home. I couldn’t be more grateful for his understanding and outstanding customer service.

I accidentally called Tire Works cause I didn’t pay attention. I’m glad I did! I would have gotten two new tires at Discount Tire but for a little more I got 4 tires with road hazard and my inspections done for Uber/Lyft and Discount doesn’t even do the ride share inspections. Giovanni took great care of me as well as his fellow employees. I will be back for oil changes and more in the future. Oh and I got my two tires that were new and took them home, you never know.

I had an amazing experience at Tire Works Total Car Care on Craig Rd. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful from start to finish. The service was super fast, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The store manager, Giovanni, was especially great, super friendly and welcoming, and he really made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he cares about customers and runs a great team. I needed to take my car in for an inspection before driving it 1,500 miles to Arkansas and I’m SO glad I chose Tire Works! The team was thorough and helped me figure out what services were needed to make sure I’d have a safe move. I let them know money was tight and they did everything possible to help me with the price but did not compromise on the service ⭐️ They even gave me a ride to work and an Uber back home while my car was being worked on. I ended up with new tires, a new serpentine belt, and an alignment - my car is driving like brand new at over 200k miles! THANK YOU Jose, Angel, & the rest of the team. I didn't know what I needed and they didn’t take advantage of that. Great business 👏🏼
