Worst customer service I have ever received anyplace.. Ever… A few years back I took my wife’s car to this place and was lied to, they told me things needed to be done that didn’t. My next service shop told me that none of things they told me needed to be done. I never went back until today. I called ahead and asked if I could get an oil change and a smog check done, they said sure. I dropped my car off, and 4 hours later I didn’t hear back so I called. They said come pick your car up I can’t do the smog because our machine is broken. So I get there and pick the car up only to find out the oil change was not done either. They had the car 4 hours and nothing was done and not even a phone call.. Then when I go to pick it up the guy behind the counter was very rude, telling me what do I expect for only spending 20 on your car. It was their coupon 9.99 each for smog and oil change. I said this is why I stopped coming to you guys in the first place, terrible service, he then proceeds to take his hat off and come from behind the counter saying cuss words and challenging me to a fight. Never go back to this place.. I will report again with the names on my paperwork. I don’t have them right now but wanted to get this report in. They knew I had to get the smog done today, I made it very clear when I dropped it off that I had a DMV appointment the next day.. Very bad service, I will take this as high as I can and repost negative reviews often until I get an apology.. UNACCEPTABLE

I took my car here to get the A/C fixed and 3 weeks later it was back to blowing hot air. I'm not even going to go back to this shop to complain and try to get them to fix it again because the experience I had here was so bad! Don't trust their sales manager, Marco! He gave me a verbal quote for $1,500 to do some additional repairs on my car and then sent me a contract for almost $5,000 of work to be done. I had to ask him THREE TIMES about why the numbers on the contract were different than what he had verbally told me before he confessed he added additional things to be done without my knowledge. Be wary of the scammer sales manager that cares more about money than his customers!!

On May 27, 2022 I took my vehicle into store #500 with the intent to have my AC diagnosed and repaired as it only worked intermittenly. A few hours after leaving the shop, I called to get an update and was told that it was either a compressor or a leak. Shortly thereafter it was determined to be a bad compressor and that replacing it would correct the AC issue. I agreed to have it replaced and paid $1,250.85. The AC ran fine for 2 days. I noticed the AC was no longer functioning. I called the shop and they ask that I bring it back in, but due to military orders I was unable to until July 25, 2021. During this visit, I was told that it was a fan issue. Though upset, as I believed that the fan issue should have been noticed during the first diagnostic, I agreed to pay for the repair. I paid $811.41. Three days later, I called the shop as my AC stopped blowing cool air about 2 hours after I left the shop. I took it back in on the 28th of July and was told that the compressor was bad. After explaining that they had replaced my compressor approximately 2 months prior, they said they would replace it under warranty. I picked up my car the same day. My vehicle's bumper was hanging off when I arrived home. Again, for a few hours it functioned properly and stopped working. I went back to the shop in the first week of August, but was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. I brought it back on Monday August 8th. I was initially told that I would have my vehicle back the next day. I rented a car and allowed them to work on the vehicle. I called back the next day and was told that the issue was a leak and it would be repaired that day. I called back to find out this wasn't ready. I extended my rental car another day. On the 10th I received a phone call stating that my vehicle couldn't be fixed due to a sensor not functioning properly I have spent $2,062.26 on repairs.

I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews, but this business was misleading. I showed up a little before 8:00 am (supposedly opening time.) I tried calling the store, no one was there. There were other cars and a delivery truck also waiting around with me. The worker finally came at 8:18 am and wouldn’t let me wait inside because she still had to count her cash and do opening duties. Afterwards only to find out, despite all their signs, THEY NO LONGER DO SMOG TESTING! lol. The lady had red hair. She directed me to their other shop all the way in Centennial instead. Nice enough, but what a disappointing experience.

I want to recommend AA Auto care to anyone. It's so hard out here to find a good mechanic. Anyway, I had never used them before, but my car was erroneously towed there. So I was like, I'll give them a try. I'm glad I did. Everyone there was courteous , and my service got done when I needed it, to get to work. They also worked with my warranty company, so I had my whole job done, just for my deductible. I have a 2006 PT Cruiser Limited Turbo. Some. Places don't like working on these cars or are unfamiliar with them. I definitely will be back . I recommend them to anyone .

Heard of this place on tiktok because they're supposedly honest and have reasonable pricing. Beware! Called last week to get a quote on labor with specifics as I was ordering my own parts, told them I would call back as soon as I had the parts, called them this morning all of sudden labor went from 130ph to 150ph and from 2 to at least 3 hours needed to complete the job, too inconsistent already and I haven't even taken them car 🙃

I contacted AA Auto Care to have them do an Oil change for my 2 vehicles. Megan answered the phone there an was very friendly & knowledgeable- Yes! we can do that for you. Their Service Writer Ron was nice & very knowledgeable. The Mechanics I met there are real Mechanics Jason, Nick, Jose. They provided VIP service. Any bad reviews of this location may have been from the Prior Owners as this team there are friendly professionals. If you're looking for a professional auto service facility with very reasonable prices your search is over. AA Auto Service this specific location on East Craig Rd .

***PLEASE PLEASE READ**** I had a terrible experience here. I paid for an oil change, air filter cleaning, and spark plug replacement—but none of it was actually done. They lied and said the oil and air filter were taken care of, but when I popped the hood that same evening, I saw my old, dirty oil filter, the same one from earlier this year. The air filter was untouched, and to top it off, they left the 3 old spark plugs just sitting loose in the engine bay. When I went back to confront them, the mechanic came out and said sorry I forgot to complete the work. They refused to issue a refund for the work they clearly didn’t do. This shop is dishonest, careless, and completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere that respects its customers. If you want your car to break down the next day these are the lazy mechanic that you need

I’m really happy with the service I got here! Everyone was super helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. My car was ready on time, and it’s been running great ever since. Christian the new manager is great!😊 very patient and explains everything so I can understand and feel comfortable. Prices are very fair especially compared to the shops near by and they make you feel at peace. They also have financing which is a great help with today’s economy. If you have any car issues please listen when I say this is the place to go. They are super honest , reliable and friendly. If you need to find a mechanic shop that will treat you right , you have to come here. They have break specials and full synthetic oil changes for $40 . Christian is amazing! They are super honest and hardworking! Please before you go anywhere do yourself a favor and come here first. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Just want to give a major shout out to AA Auto Care. Glad I did not listen to any negative comments and brought my vehicle to this location. This crew are hard working gentlemen that knows their job. The place is always crowded with cars and a lot of people in and out the business. They are a very respected auto mechanic team for the North Las Vegas community. They fixed several issues with my vehicle and helped me pass my SMOG. They fixed all the mechanical issues. So if your reading this, dont let any negative comments keep you from bring your vehicle in for repair. They made have had a few hiccups in the past but I can only speak for myself....they fixed my issues.

Great shop, got my brakes done recently. Honest & upfront with their pricing! Christian is amazing he explains everything & will show you what the problem is for clarification. My car was ready before the estimated time that was given. Shop was clean, being a woman I felt comfortable…unlike some shops where they will try to get over on you because of your gender. Called to talk to Daniel! These ppl put my breaks and rotors on wrong. I could have been in a serious accident or worse!! He said he will call back and never did with corporate. I trusted Chris on tik tok to provide good services and they failed! Women stay away from this place if you don’t know what certain things suppose to look like. Pins and all was missing, my sensors were not attached, they failed me and the pads were loose!! Sorry company if you ask me!!
