My experience at the Tesla Woodlands Service Center was an absolute disaster. The service team not only lacked basic knowledge but also had zero willingness to assist, leaving my car in worse shape after a ridiculous 10-day wait. Yes, ten days—and the issue was still unresolved. To add insult to injury, the front desk staff were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in avoiding work than actually assisting customers. When I asked to reschedule, they outright refused. Frustrated, I turned to another Tesla center months later, where the issue was fixed in one day, no questions asked. The difference in service quality is staggering. Tesla corporate needs to take immediate action to address the gross incompetence and unprofessionalism at the Woodlands Center before more customers fall victim to this disgraceful treatment. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because, miraculously, my car was actually returned to me.

Service here was pretty decent. Very bare bones. They answer any questions you have (if any) check ID and let you be on your way with your solo demo. Everything, for the most part, can be done online vs all the back and forth/paperwork that you would get from a standard dealership. This type of experience is what one should expect in the year 2024. Not some outdated car buying experience.

1 Star because it's not possible to go lower. The service center is so bad it's shocking. I have owned multiple Tesla's since 2017, a S, 3, X, and Y (hopefully a CyberTruck soon) and never encountered anything this bad. The team is incredibly disrespectful, claimed my vehicle would be fixed via "magic" after I asked why the potential solution was exactly the opposite of what was in writing from the service center team. When I finally got Tesla leaders for both service centers and the general Houston area on the phone, we agreed to move the vehicle to be serviced at a competent location. The Woodlands service team left my vehicle in the middle of the parking lot, unlocked, with windows down...I couldn't be more disappointed. When I returned my loaner vehicle so my Model S would be released to somewhere also and saw the way it was left, and tried to talk to a Tesla employee who was closing up (to be fair it was after hours) she just laughed at me and locked the door on me. I spoke with the manager of the service center via a phone call who cut me off by talking over me half a dozen times before hanging up when I was asking to please be allowed to finish my sentence. Overall, it took 5 days after a software update made my car unsafe to drive to even get to a service center, and The Woodlands team was so bad it's going to take even longer to fix the issue. I can't recommend NOT sending your car here enough, use the Cypress location even if it's a little bit further just to work with people who will care for, and respect your vehicle.

Trash customer service and policies. First of all, it takes over a month to get in then, even though I’d been chatting with them the entire month identifying when the issue was happening so they could hopefully diagnose it remotely, they informed me of needing to a week to figure it out and offered me no loaner. Ive owned Mercedes, Audis and range rovers and most will give you a loaner for extended repairs. I found the front desk dude to also be curt, rude and dismissive. If this is there direction Tesla is heading, I’ll start looking at other EVs. I’ve also been to other Tesla service centers that had better customer service.

When you go to Tesla to get your window replaced, you expect that you would get expert service. However, that is not what I got. First off, when I booked my appointment, the quoted time was 2 hours. Therefore, I took one day off from work to account for the two hours. When I got the I was told they were behind and it would take a day to replace. That was extremely inconvenient but I thought that I would get an expert installation. However, the installation was anything but expert. The windshield was smudged, dirty, and very unprofessional. I would expect the windshield to be clean but it looked like Pigpen from Charlie Brown installed it. $1,500 for a windshield is unrealistic ..however, when your the only game in town, you don’t have much of a choice. Step your game up Tesla and show that just because you’re in Conroe doesn’t mean you are that unrefined!

Where do I start. I love the company, and the cars. That is the whole reason I am suffering with this service center. The latest visit was to upgrade my MS to the new MCU 3.0. The process requires 95% of the whole dash area to be removed. After the upgraded the MCU I noticed around the trim of the instrument cluster tool gash marks (see picture). How on earth could they do this when there are plastic non-marring tools to prevent damage to plastics and paints. Heck, there are fantastic YouTube videos out the on how to remove the front dash area with out damaging a thing... I get it that maybe all the people in the service center do not own Teslas or just don't care about what they do.... but they could at least maybe watch a YouTube video or two on how to do their job correctly. Maybe I should have bought a KIA...

Tesla service used to be very good. Lately it has been deteriorating, they have an arrogant attitude like they are too good to care. Maybe when they get replaced by Optimus robots they will actually value their job , customer service and customer care. At this point I think Optimus , it may be better customer experience. No arrogance and attitude. I was really considering getting the cyber truck but given how painful service has become , I am going to wait and stay away from getting a new Tesla. I have no complaints to the actual service repair, but all the circles they make you run to get into the service center,, meaning the app, the claim filing, the front desk at this service center. This service center today had a 38day waiting time to get my car in. It is ridiculous. If all the other shops around town would be able to change the glass roof, I would be there no questions asked. At least satellite , Goodyear etc those guys are super efficient and they care about customer service.

If I could, no stars would be given. This location has terrible customer service!!!!!! They are very rude and condescending. I couldn’t get a remote diagnosis after a week. I was promised a solution that never came. Tesla service to its buyers is non existent! This brands time is limited. Once another EV company is able up match the technology Tesla will be dead in the water as customer service means nothing to them. Why spend your money on a product where the company could care less about you or the product once you have bought it. Do yourself a favor don’t buy a Tesla! I have had 3 and they all have given me issues and trying to get them fixed is an epic poop show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service is terrible. Supervisor Megan is so rude and front desk Alex is so senseless I can’t express in words. Not sure how Megan is still supervisor with this attitude. The issue only needed 1-2 hour of work for LV battery replacement on the appointment day. After I came to pickup my car after work they said to come back next day.. they kept delaying without proper notifications. On top of this when repairs were done and after I took my car back home, I noticed they had the rear car seats clipped open and didn’t even closed it after repairs. Such lousy and rude service it is.. be careful everyone, rather go south for repairs.

Showroom and service is a great combination. The showroom folks seem eager to assist as best they can although most inquiries are directed to the app. Wish service appointments weren’t so pushed out(1 month minimum to be seen at the time of this review) Edit: “Service advisor” is just cashier with canned responses. Refused to let me inspect vehicle prior to pickup. Tesla phone support confirmed one process and cashier told me it never happened. Showroom folks are still great. Cashier should be replaced… with a coat rack or extra trash can. Anything would be more effective.

Please stay away from this service center if you have an option. The customer service (Mandy, Alex - as i see them in the messages) are really rude and not customer friendly. They will not make any accommodations. The vehicle is not serviced on time and they will not offer you a loaner, unless its for a warranty issue. The service center closes at 5, and the app keeps saying the vehicle will be ready by 5, only to go there and realize they will need to push it to the next day - only if it's done, you'll be lucky you got your vehicle. Don't expect your vehicle to be cleaned inside or washed after a service > $1500 too. You have to keep chasing them all the time for updates.

After reading other reviews I’m not actually surprised with my experience. I took my car in to have 2 tires replaced. My appt was at 10:15 but they said I could drop it off “before 8 am”. I got there at 7:30 expecting to be able to drop it off but no one was there. So I had to wait 30 min which was annoying but whatever. I picked my car up that evening after they were closed (I have a job), and left immediately for a business trip out of town. When I returned from my trip I noticed that the paint on my wheels on the two tires that were replaced was rubbed off. It was obviously done during the tire replacement since it was only on those 2 wheels. I messaged Tesla immediately after noticing and they told me that they would not cover the damages since I had waited 4 days and driven 600 miles since I was there. I explained it was quite obvious that it happened during the tire replacement. They continued to say they wouldn’t cover it. I requested a call from a supervisor and got a call from Megan, the service manager. I explained again and she interrupted me, saying they weren’t going to cover it. Every time I tried to talk she interrupted me. Admittedly I was a little emotionally charged in our conversation but only in response to how I was being treated as a customer. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you take your car here. Drive a little further and go to the cypress location.

I recently bought a new Model Y here. I found it a great experience, and would recommend it to anyone. I was able to test drive vehicles easily and without the sales rep in the car. The process is automated to an app and communication occurs through it. Josh was the manager who personally handled my purchase. He truly went above and beyond to make the process feel personal and pleasant. Thanks Josh! Go buy a Tesla here.

One tire had low air pressure when I picked up my brand new M3P. Went home and filled it up and saw as it would slowly leak over the coming days. After checking the tire in question I discovered a nail and called Tesla. "Must have picked it up on your way home from pickup". So the 10 miles I drove I got the nail but not the 50 they did before hand. I didn't want to fight it so I agreed to chalk up the $130 they wanted to patch it. The service agent said it was a 'safety hazard' to patch and wanted $600 for a new tire on a brand new car. Nail was 2" from sidewall, straight into the tire. The worst part was the lady I talked with was possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life. I was obviously frustrated with the situation, but the entire process of this simple fix was a giant headache. Discount tire next door looked at the tire and laughed when I told them it was supposedly a safety hazard to repair, they said it was absolutely fine to patch and did so. This whole experience has me wondering if Tesla was the right choice of car if this is the experience I'm supposed to be expecting when it comes to service. Horrible service, horrible service agent, never coming back to this place again.

Their Service Dept. lead, Micheal, is a real champ. He is the true embodiment of a customer-centric approach. Can’t thank him enough for going over and above to take care of my service request. Thank you, Tesla Houston, for having him on your team. The mesmerizing Tesla location in north Houston; one of their best locations I have ever visited

Once I got there, their service center was great. They had somebody ride with me as I drove the car around, and I pointed out the wind noise coming from the window and pointed out the fog in the rear tail light, and they fixed it within a few hours. My complaint, that stops this from being a five star review, is how excruciatingly painful it was to get an appointment here. I first made an appointment in the Tesla app right after Thanksgiving. There was over a month wait so the first available appointment wasn’t until January. Then, right before my appointment, they canceled it on me due to “ lack of capacity” and told me I had to reschedule a new appointment, the first available of which was weeks away. Then, right before that second rescheduled appointment, they did the same thing! I tried to call five different times to talk to somebody in person to see if I could keep that appointment, but was unable to navigate their phone menu and actually talk to a human being about scheduling. So I scheduled again an app for an appointment that was again weeks away, at this point it has been three months since my original complaint, and the third one I sent them messages in the app saying please honor it. I’ve been rescheduled multiple times and they finally kept it. Once I got there, the process was smooth and simple, but getting an appointment was just such a hassle. It was ridiculous.

Dropped my car for minor service and received wonderful customer service. They were done quickly with no issues. Very professional and friendly. I have only had great experiences with Tesla service reps! Plus, I can watch the work being done from the waiting room.

This place is a service center and delivery center in one place. It's very simple in terms of decor. It's easy to see from a moving vehicle and easily accessible from 45n. The staff is friendly and Megan, who helped us, is very warm and accommodating. They have superchargers here that customers can use. We arrived midweek in the morning and the place was not busy. Not sure on other days/times.
