I just bought a dodge charger and it was having transmission issues. The manager Alex worked with me and my extended warranty to get it taken care of. The shop found metal shavings in my transmission and was able to get a replacement approved for me. He brought me in the shop to show me the inside of it. Never had a shop do that. I’m usually picky on who works on car but I’m definitely going to start taking it here from now on. Highly recommend!

The guys did a great job helping me on a very complicated issue. The headlights of my truck were spliced and changed out after market and thus no regular LED or car light would work. I had purchased about 5 different kind of lights so I had made multiple trips there and we couldn’t figure out why none of them worked until the mechanic found the issue. I would highly recommend this place

I had the best experience here at Sun Auto Service at 9625 Spring Cypress Rd! For Months I had been pouring money on top of money into my car because no one “could tell me what was wrong with it”. Upon my sister’s recommendation I brought my car into Sun and had the million-point inspection done and within an hour or so they were able to diagnose and REPAIR my issue pretty much on the spot. Just to give you guys a clear understanding my inspection had been out on my car since mid 2024…. It is now the end of 2025. My check engine light NEVER CAME BACK ON and I am now a legal womannnnnnn with a valid inspection. I highly recommend this business!

I was going to sun auto north Eldredge, but realized this one was less than a mile away. Great experience at Sun Auto Tire & Service. From the moment you walk in, the place feels organized and clean, and the service is fast and smooth.
