Do not recommend. I was deceptively misled into thinking that my car would be fixed “fairly quickly” but it took 3 weeks. Should’ve known it was a red flag when I could never get a firm estimated completion date. Utterly unprofessional. As soon as my insurance authorized the repair I did not hear from my rep again. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Lexus. And my repair was subpar. Absolutely awful customer experience. Note to management: It’s the 21st century, invest in a SMS app service to keep your customers informed of the progress and status of the repair so they don’t have to chase down their reps.

I have had a horrible experience with this location I dropped off my car on FEBRUARY 14,2024 to get a estimate due to a car crash. My representative is SEAN he has never called me back telling me any updated whenever I call he is always either not there or in a meeting. It is infuriating that whenever I call they tell me something else my car was suppose to get released according to him on the 26 of FEBRUARY. Today March 5th I called again and they told me the car has been released I still don’t have the car in my possession since the 14th of February when I called today they told me that he was in a meeting and that I should have received it through the towing company I have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING NOR HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO SEAN AND HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED ME AT ANYTIME EVEN WHEN I HAVE CALLED AND TOLD THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TO HAVE HIM CALL ME

Awesome experience. Sean Duthkiewicz, was my Estimator/Advisor. Everything was corrected, no issues, car was super cleaned when I arrived for pickup. All work performed was explained in detail before and after work was completed. this is by far the best Lexus experience I ever had at any dealer. I want to say a special 'Thanks' to Sean Duthkiewicz again. The facilities are nice, clean and new. Everyone is helpful. I'm glad we choose Northside Lexus to perform the repairs. updated Feb 17, 2023 Had to take in my car for some minor work. Staff was friendly and asked everyone in the waiting room if they have been attended to. The Manger, Frank Ramos, was my advisor. everything went smoothly as expected. I can't say enough about the nice facilites. Thanks Frank!

Fantastic communication and customer service. They coordinated well with my insurance company and with me. My contact was Alfonso, and they knew that I had some personal circumstances such that I was unable to pick up my car during certain dates. They bent over backwards to get backordered parts to try to get the car done in a more timely manner. AND they delivered my car when it was done because I could not drive for about 2 weeks. Highly recommend, and would use them again.

Benny was great to work with and we kept each other informed of the process, me from insurance and him from the repair side. They did a fantastic job with the repair and pickup was a breeze. I was helped by Rodrigo from the collision center center, and he displayed above and beyond professionalism and customer service when my mirror got snapped off by a trash can that I ran into when I was a voiding another driver who almost crashed into me. He provided great service in a timely and efficient manner, w/messages and notifications, and he showed above and beyond concern/good will to help me with my problem w/my car. He also notified me that my insurance check was accidentally mailed to them even after the repair job was completed with my car, and he went above beyond again to contact me and make sure that I get my check personally. While doing so, he made sure my car inspection was completed and that minor damages on my left driver door rebuffed out to my satisfaction with a good pain job that hides the scratch pretty well. I live very far from this collision center, but I enjoy coming here every single time and I am extremely satisfied with getting my service completed in a nice environment with complementary coffee and water. Even though there are closer locations near my house, I prefer to get service at this collision center as well as their service center of Northside Lexus, in order to receive the best and highest quality work in order to fix and Service w/my car. Rodrigo made my experience extremely pleasant, and I recommend him and the whole collision center and Service Center teams to anyone who has Lexus and is seeking quality Service with the utmost integrity and kindness available.

I took my mom’s car to this place and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They kept the car for one month for no reason just to make money from the insurance company. They are just thieves, Benny Moreno who’s the collision center estimator has the worst customer service, he was vey rude and not professional at all. He called me he left me voice mail that’s the car is ready to come pick it up when but I went there I find out I have to pay the $2400plus the $500 deductible which is fine with me I told him to call the insurance company and speed the process but he refused first than he agreed when we transfer the check for the Lexus dealership. It was simply the worst car experience ever, I definitely don’t recommend this place whatsoever.

I recently got into an accident with my 2024 Lexus ES that caused significant body damage. Throughout the entire repair process, Benny was: thorough, professional, efficient and transparent. He kept me up-to-date on the repair status; even sent me photos that showed some damage that I didnt notice initially. Now my car is good as new and im extremely grateful my car was in the best hands and entrusted with Benny. Strongly recommend 10/10!
