This place is an insurance scam! Avoid this place at all cost. I went by Saturday to see if they can fix my airbag sensor or maybe just tell me what sensor it is at fault. Most collision repair places do this and since this one is new and close to my home I wanted to give it a try. A gentleman told me that they were almost closing on Saturday and for us to come back Monday. Here comes Monday, and this guy James just gave us the round about that they don’t fix airbag sensors. His attitude did not make the interaction pleasant. I was a bit startled since airbags go off in accidents. I guess they fix cars but don’t fix airbags, so if you get on an accident again your airbag won’t deploy. If you already got work done at this place, I recommend you to go take it to another place to make sure your airbag hardware is there and functional. Again don’t go here because all they are after is insurance inflation money, at the end they wanted us to call the insurance to start a long claim. Like there isn’t deductibles for small check ups like this. I do not recommend this place to my friends and family, not even my worst enemy.

Overall great experience with Sam and Drew. Received almost daily updates and never had to worry about anything. I’d recommend them to anyone. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because this empty Master Blaster bottle in the picture was lodged in the engine bay of my car when I took it the day after picking it up to get an oil change. This could’ve caused some major issues had the plastic melted or caused a fire.

10 stars across the board ✨️ my 2019 Gensis runs better than ever even after bring it to Geneis themselves did an amazing job not one single noises it runs different for sure I don't have any complaints at all! Jim did an amazing job and I will hopefully under better circumstances he will be back if I knew he could change oil and everything else I would bring in my car here all the time and definitely not to the dealership!

I had a great experience with Crash Champions Spring location. Expert service from beginning to end. My representative Jimmy was professional, & courteous. I did not have to call them once. He kept me updated every step of the way. Best part was my vehicle looked brand new once they were done with it earlier than expected. I highly recommend their services.

Took vehicle in after hurricane for window leak. Insurance company stated the manager at this location sent them an email stating they could not locate how the damage occurred and recommended we take to a dealership to be fixed. Because of his email, insurance stated we would need to have it looked at by dealership but it would be out of pocket since the manager at this location said he didn’t think the leak occurred due to the storm despite him also stating he couldn’t determine where the leak was coming from. Awful experience. Never going back. Front desk team was excellent!

The team was great went above and beyond. Due to age of my vehicle and it's expensive electrical components they found me replacement parts at reasonable prices that kept my vehicle from being written off as a total lost.

Avoid this place at all costs. If you care about your car, your safety, or basic professionalism, do not bring your vehicle here. Crash Champions in Spring, TX is the definition of a shop that prioritizes speed and profit over quality and integrity. I brought in my Nissan Kicks and got it back looking worse than when it arrived. The paint was dripping across multiple panels, and when I questioned it, I was told “that’s how it comes from the manufacturer.” I personally went to Nissan and verified that was completely false. My car had: • Loose fenders that could be physically wiggled • Misaligned trunk and headlights • Missing trim lines • Sloppy paintwork with visible drips The technician, Drew, supposedly did “quality control,” but clearly didn’t check anything. When I raised concerns, the manager acted like redoing the work was a favor. It wasn’t. It was their responsibility to fix what they botched. And apparently, Brian gets his feelings hurt easily when you point out legitimate issues. That kind of defensiveness is not customer service—it’s avoidance. To make matters worse, Brian told me I couldn’t get an estimate until the work was done. That makes zero sense and directly contradicts Crash Champions’ own policy, which states that a free estimate is provided before repairs begin. Either he’s misinformed or deliberately misleading customers. The office staff was just as disorganized. No one knew what was going on, and communication was a mess. It felt like they were just trying to get cars in and out as fast as possible, with no care for quality or customer experience. This shop does not care about your car. They care about getting paid and moving on. If you want repairs done right, go somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust them with a tricycle, let alone a vehicle that deserves proper care.

The team did a fantastic job restoring the front part of of my car including the tire. You’d never know there was any damage. The paint matched perfectly, the panel alignment was spot on, and everything looks and feels factory-fresh. They clearly take pride in their work. The communication including giving me regular updates about the progress of the work was smooth and professional. Special mention to Jimmy, to go out of his way and ensure I was happy with the work done. Highly recommend Crash Champions if you’re looking for quality collision repair and great customer service. My BMW looks as good as new!

Alex helped me out tremendously. He want far above and beyond what he needed to do. And all for the price of a handshake and he gave me solid advice for the next repair. Any and all future work I'll ever need done will be done here. I am incredibly greatful.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. From the sweet young man at reception to really easy to talk to rep. I was given tips about teen driver safety for my daughter and things to look for in my vehicle. Very detailed oriented. Do yourself a favor and use their shop!

Charged my mom (who has no clue) 20.8h of LABOR for a medium scratch on side door of a honda. Absolutely ridiculous for taking advantage like this.

After hitting a deer during a trip to visit family, my insurance recommended Crash Champions. They were very professional, providing timely updates and estimates. Although it seems outwardly that the damage was minimal, they did their due diligence and found the impact bar had indeed been damaged and a few other noteworthy items to be repaired as part of the claim. While there was a small delay in getting my car back, they were quick to respond to my inquiry (even though they were close to quitting time!) and I had the car back the next day. Their repair timeline estimate due to sourcing of parts, labor, and such was about 2 weeks, which I found reasonable.

The car was repaired properly and returned in immaculate condition. This would have been 5 stars but the manager told me some damage on the left side would be buffed and touched up. No touch. I realize this was above and beyond required work but I was told it would be done. Had I not been told that, this would be 5 stars.

I got in an accident and my insurance company recommended them to repair my car. Everything about the entire experience was fantastic. Jimmy took very good care of me. The car looks as good or better than it did before I got in the accident and they got it done much quicker than expected. I highly recommend them if you need collision services

I had one of my service trucks repaired 8/22. Truck had front end damage. The front bumper is a rusty mess. Called crash champions since they acquired service king around this time. I was told they were not honoring service king warranties. When a business acquires a competitor it assumes there liabilities. Well crash champion does not follow these rules. Just be prepared if service king did your repairs, crash champion will not honor the warranty they inherited. Crash champion repaired my daughters car and I had issues with warranty repairs and they did the repairs. From my experience you should look for another body shop. I did.

I had an AMAZING experience with crash champions. Someone backed into my car and the damaged was pretty bad. I received my car back today and it looks like it never happened. I am extremely grateful for crash champions, enterprise, and farmers insurance for handling this situation fast! The only thing that did not sit right with me was the front desk guy. He had very low energy and did not explain what i was signing. Luckily there was someone else signing papers and i was able to hear another associate go over the documents. He was not rude tho! Other than that this place is GREAT
