I visited Firestone today due to a misfire in my Mercedes GL 450. My service advisor Stacey was amazing. She was very professional from the moment I stepped in the door. She kept me informed throughout the process and made it a point to make sure they found the issue with my vehicle. The technician Alan was amazing as well. Not only did he find the issue he took out the time to show me exactly where it was. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service repair shop. I will only bring my vehicle to this repair shop from now on.

You would think after spending $2,000 to get your car fixed it would stop smoking and leaking oil. Took my car back 4 times and still having the same problem. And then they wanted to charge me again for a problem that was supposed to be fixed in the first place. Never returning here again.

This is absolutely the worst place you could take a vehicle. I Dropped off my Cadillac CTS on 2/13/25 at Firestone Complete Auto Care @ 25602 interstate 45 N. Spring, Texas 77386–1350 to have transmission cooling lines replaced and to top off transmission fluid, I had just had a brand new radiator and a rebuilt transmission put in. I was called three different times and Toldit was ready to pick up throughout the last three months. Each time I got there, it was not ready it’s always a different excuse. I constantly ask for district manager‘s name and phone number or corporate phone number, so I could talk to someone else to get this matter resolved and every time they refused. I don’t even know who the manager was at that particular location. If that is customer service it is not the kind that any of us need.  these places definitely need to go back to customers opinion satisfaction, and opinions matter. I asked my friends and family repost this or share. I was a regular customer at Firestone Complete Auto Care, but it will be the last and final visit that I pay there. This is the way the car is supposed to come in to a shop, but it is not the way it is supposed to leave.!!!!

Not only was I given a lesser CCA battery 750 CCA vs 850 CCA but battery was left unsecured in my vehicle it wasn’t even in the battery tray properly when asked they declined to do it right I had to go to Walmart service to have the job finished. No I won’t be back can’t even do a simple battery replacement correctly couldn’t be bothered to secure my battery in place instead let me drive off with a loose battery there was no issue with my securement devices so why wasn’t it secured in place? Instead it was left to flop around the engine bay luckily I opened the hood before leaving to properly fit it in the battery tray I’m doing y’all’s work for you. Then had to drive somewhere else to have the battery secured. completely unprofessional guys!!! Customers always check their work before leaving if in doubt get a second opinion this is twice they have done me wrong.

Took our vehicle in for an oil change on 01/04/2026. When we received the vehicle back after service, the passenger side wheels AND tires had extreme damage to them. When trying to come to a conclusion on how this will be fixed and handled we were met with no answers and have been ghosted from the company completely. They admitted fault, but will not fix the aftermath of their negligence and expect us to be without a vehicle for however long they desire. The manager of this location treated our situation as if he did not care and we were inconveniencing him, even though his shop caused damage to our vehicle that was in for a simple service. Extremely unprofessional business that does not care about their customers.
