I scheduled an appointment in advance so I would be in and out quickly. Unfortunately, I still had to wait 45 mins before they were even able to service my vehicle. Additionally, my vehicle was dripping on my garage floor after they changed the oil. Any excess should had been wiped away or dripped off immediately during service. Lastly, when I called to get pricing, I was quoted $65 for a full synthetic oil change if I used the coupon she was going to send me. However, when there, they said that the quote they gave me was incorrect for a full synthetic and they couldn’t honor the quote. :(
