The service was efficient, communicative and very quick turnaround. I could not be more pleased at the level of communication provided throughout the process - to ensure I had all resources, information and pricing to understand what was related to my needs.
Situation: My warranty referred me to Houston Equipment Repair - and they put me on a 4-6 mo waiting list for my generator. No regard for urgency. My theory is they did not want to help me - because of the warranty versus being a paid customer. In addition, they did not want to come to my home to do the repair.
I called the manufacturer again - and R&E was recently added to the approved list for repairs and within 3 days of me calling them - I had my generator returned, set up with clear instructions of care, maintenance and performance. With added online links of resources and assistance.

I can’t express enough how much we appreciate the team there at R&E! Today we were starting on our trip back home to Dallas, when one of the cylinders in my Jeep wrangler began to misfire and it started to struggle, mind you, this was around 1:30pm on a Saturday. I called and right away JB said “get it over here so we can get figure out what’s going on and get you back to Dallas”. Him and his team did just that, they diagnosed the issue right away, disassembled what they needed, and replaced one of my injectors, coil, etc. On top of everything, their hospitality was amazing.
