Christian was my service technician and koalafi was my loan provider, with their excellent customer service and skill I was able to get my vehicle repaired without being put out or going into debt. He was very knowledgeable and informative and his whole team was kind and helpful. I needed my rear struts replaced and all 4 cylinders and spark plugs replaced as well. My car is no longer shaking or mis firing. I am very happy with my service and payment plan. Please check them out if you need assistance with minor to major issues you will be taken care of!

I went to this auto shop to repair the left headlight connector of my vehicle, and my experience was very negative. They quoted me $499 for a repair that included a $70 connector and allegedly more than two hours of labor. In my opinion, this price was disproportionate and abusive, since the work does not take that long nor justifies such a cost. I decided not to proceed and went to another shop instead, where the connector cost $18 and labor was $30, paying a total of less than $50. This confirmed my suspicion that the original estimate was excessive and unjustified. From my perspective, I do not recommend this shop. Everyone is free to make their own choice, but I strongly advise doing so with caution and at your own risk.

! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS PLEASE! Don't let them lure you with their 3-year warranty, free diagnostic, quote matching and any other free thing. They use that to get your car there then they mess up your vehicle, and you leave with more problems. After speaking to Mike who begged for our business and decided to match a quote from the dealership. I went with them based on the 3-year warranty (worst mistake, one of their biggest red flags). I left my car there on 12/20/2025 for a brake issue to be fixed. I had a pair of wiper blades, and I asked them if they could put them on while doing the work on the brake. Mike told me the car would be ready the evening of 12/22/25. I called late evening of 12/22/25 and I was told by Christian that the car is almost done and they are trying to program the vehicle so it will be ready on 12/23/25. I called on 12/23/25 I was told the battery died while they were programming the car and they have to charge the battery. I called 12/24/25 I was told by Mike that the car isn't ready for pick up as they are having problems programming the car and they need to call a technician out and that wouldn't happen until the earliest 12/29/25 due to the holidays. On 12/29/25 Mike told me the technician came out and they couldn't program the car as a 3rd part is needed to fix the problem. Mike quoted me for the 3rd part and labor (despite the dealer and 3 other auto shop telling me one part is needed to fix the problem). I advised Mike that I cannot afford to fix the car and I will be coming to pick my car up on 12/30/25. Mike told me the car wasn't ready as they are trying to get the brake pedal to press all the way to the floor like it was doing when I took it there. 12/31/25 I called and Mike told me the car wasn't ready as the brake pedal isn't pressing all the way to the floor like when I took it in. 01/2/26 I went to the shop to check on my car as I didn't understand why a shop would keep my car so long if they aren't fixing it. I was told the same thing that they are trying to get the brake pedal to depress to the floor. I was later told by the dealer that the brake pedal could be hard and not depress as well as it could depress all the way to the floor either is normal when the brake is faulty. 01/6/26 I was called by Mike who informed me that he will be sending my car back on a tow truck as he's not able to get the brake pedal to depress to the floor like they were doing when I took the car there. I took my car back and noticed the wiper blades weren't changed so I reached out to Mike, and he sent a technician to change the wiper blade. A few days later I turn the car on and charge the battery as they told me the battery had died a day after taking my car there. While sitting in the car I decided to turn the radio on, the entire electronic system in my car wasn't working, the radio, Bluetooth, navigation buttons nothing worked. I've had my car for years and nothing was wrong with the electronics in my car prior to taking it to their shop. I reached out to them and Mike promised to send someone to the house to look at the electronics. No one came on the day he told me they would come. I went to the shop to speak with them, and they wanted me to take my car back to their shop. I refused to take my car back to their shop. They suggested going to another Yes Automotive but after reading the reviews from the other shops I decided not to take my car back to any of their shops. They didn't fix my brake and ruined the electronics in my car. Yes Automotive refused to have me take my car to an external shop and have them fix my electronics at their cost. I gave them enough time to do the right thing and they refused. They will not touch my car again. Under the hood looks like nothing I have seen before as I've had my car for a while now and know what my car looks like when you pop the hood. So now I am left to wonder what was taken from my car. I now have to repair the brakes and fix an electronic system that was damaged by Yes Automotive.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I can give -0 star on this place! I took my car there on February 12th 2026 because my transmission is slipping when turning and first taking off, so Mike first told me and my wife that'll they will have the car ready Saturday. Then Saturday went to Wednesday or Thursday, then on Thursday I get a call to come in on Friday to test drive the car after they CLAIM to have change the transfer case on my 2015 Infiniti QX60. But the technician asked me was the car making a grinding noise and I was like no so I couldn't wait until Friday to go there i went immediately. As soon as I got in the car it was doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in a week ago. So he's gone tell me i have 2 issues going on with the transmission, but why haven't you fixed the issue I came in with. Then the price from the beginning was $1900 and after they open it up maybe another $300 to $500 but that quickly went to $4600 then to $6700. Then they claimed they could find me another transmission but it had 167,000 miles on it, ahh no thank you. But then tell me it'll be Monday before I could get my car back so they can remove the transfer case they "CLAIM" to have put on it, after going up there and offering to pay them $500 to get my car back after being told it was $750 in parts they used.. but then it went to $1700 in parts... this place is the WORST repair shop I ever went to in my life and I wouldn't take my bike up there to put air in the tires.. I'M TELLING YOU RUN OR DRIVE REAL FAST PASS THIS PLACE!!!!

Update.... 9/25 I just took my vehicle back for unrelated service not dealing with the new engine that was put in and still received the best price and quick service! Would highly recommend!! I had my engine replaced on my Tahoe. They went above and beyond with service and communication! I wasn't pushed into receiving service and I wasn't given outrageous prices as well. My vehicle runs perfectly and even has a year warranty I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Came to get a state inspection and they told me about their full synthetic oil changes for $50! There were no hidden fees or catches, they simply charged $50 for my oil change and free tire rotation! The workers were also very sweet and didn’t push me to get other work done on my car. Highly recommend!!
