What a fabulous surprise this shop is! Family owned, at the same location for over 20 years, friendly, knowledgeable, great communication during the diagnostic phase, a fair price for all work done and HONEST!! I know. Hard to believe, but it is true. There is nothing an average single woman hates more than car repairs. Too many times I've been scammed and overcharged. I believe this is the first time in a very long time, that did not happen. The car needed a new power steering pump and a tune up, and is 15 years old. It is positively purring now and I could not be more pleased. I urge you to check out this repair shop. Michael, the owner, is a great guy and really knows his stuff.

First time here at Quality Auto Center. Was met by Donato, the owner and he's such a great guy! I stopped in to get my wife's inspection done, and decided to get the oil changed as well. They had me in and out in 20 min which was awesome because I'm headed into work. I highly recommend this family owned shop, the employees are amazing and their service is spectacular. I will be returning here from now and on.

I have been taking my cars to this shop for 15+ years, they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, family owned, friendly, honest and hard working! They have worked on my entire families cars over the years and we will always come back to them because it is so hard these days to find a good honest mechanic. They are upfront about costs and repairs, they work with you to make sure you are taken care of every time! These guys are so great and I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop!

I took my truck there to have an exhaust manifold bolt replaced, and they drilled Into the head iinto a water pocket and made the problem way worse. When I confronted them about it, they denied it And refused to fix the problem. Now my truck doesn’t hold radiator fluid, it overheats And the ticking is way worse. I would not trust these people to do work on my vehicle if I were you.

Donato had my car diagnosed and fixed in the same day with what I feel was very fair pricing. I always took my car to the dealership when it was under warranty but since that recently expired, I was not wanting dealership prices even though I had built up a lot of trust in the service manager there. This was my first time going to Quality Auto and I’ll definitely go back. They were quick but thorough and where other shops could easily see me as an easy target to add on things I don’t need, they were honest and informative.
