Do not do business with Joe, he is a liar and will over promise and under deliver. We walked through the work and Joe ensured with confidence that all of the work was an “easy fix”. I then come back to the work not only unfinished (the interior work wasn’t even touched) but with visible off paint touches all over on the scratches that he said would be easily removed with touch up paint. So now my car looks worse and I’ll have to invest in a full paint job, thanks Joe. To put salt on the wound, Joe didn’t even apologize and just wanted his money (he only accepts cash, and now I understand why) and treated me, his client, in a very transactional way. Joe, when you read this….i want you to know, that for ruining my car, I am going to go above and beyond to ensure that the entire Woodlands and Houston community know that you are a crook.
