first and foremost they seem friendly; here's the main issue, they worked on my clutch and Headers, Sensors and thermostat; costed over 2600 total. I had to get the same work done at another repair shop, please know this, it was less then 30 days after I had the work done. I had to spend the money for repairs done at this shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANY REPAIRS> Unless your willing to spend more money on repairs that they do.

I have been using them for 25 years. The owner, Johnny, was my neighbor but that was the first reason for using them. After 25 years I don't have a reason not to use them. Eddy is great and Scott is the only mechanic I let work on my truck

I don't know how i feel. They are nice though. #update# the fact that they are willing to reach out and offer to do what they can to make my experience better is the ultimate kind of customer service. I'll get in contact with you guys soon to see what we can work out if that's ok. Nothing too major it's just that when I got my car back, the check engine light came on and when I plug it to a computer, it says that the timing chain is off. When the guy was changing my water pump he accidentally messed up the timing chain. Other than that, guy guys are so great and I am thankful for your response. #update# I've been in to see if we could resolve the issue and i pretty much got yelled at and told that you guys refuse to fix the problem. I brought my car in and got it back with a check engine light on. It's not driveable at all anymore and now I'm screwed out of a few grand. When i asked to speak with the owner, i got rushed out of the building and told no. I'm 8 months pregnant and now have no car to get to my dr. Appointments thanks to this establishment. I don't understand why you say I can come in and try to resolve the matter when I do, you tell me to get out.

Being a woman and taking your vehicle to any repair shop can be intimidating. However, I have used the auto clinic for over 3 years now. With no hesitation, I bring my car in for everything from state inspections, oil changes, brakes and all my dash warning lights. They are fair, and extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. Friend took their car there and was told that a part that couldn't be broken was the problem. Additionally it took over 48 hours and three phone calls for them to even run diagnostics on the vehicle and never once mentioned a charge for diagnostics until after they handed my friend back the keys to the vehicle. Thought a local old hole in the wall shop would have been more fair reasonable and kind however I was very wrong. I wouldn't trust them with a Tonka Truck much less a real automobile.

I loved this shop. They are very very honest and fair. The prices are very reasonable good! Chase and staff treated with respect and courtesy. I especially liked the shuttle drop off and pick up. This shop is local to me and I’ve tried to give them business twice with two different vehicles. They literally seem uninterested and fairy rude in general. It felt like I was bothering them bringing my car in so I decided to go elsewhere. Tried them again about a year later and same impression. Not sure the guy in the front office Is just a grump but he’s no good for that business. Three stars as I never did any work with them but about as bad a customer service experience as you can initially have.

I should have written this review a long time ago after everything they have done for us. I have been taking my cars here for well over ten years and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone, and have. They are always fair, honest and friendly. My kids are now driving and are taking their cars there as well. My wife is on the way to pickup one of our cars as I type this. We thought the car may have had a blown head gasket based on what we read. It turned out to be wiring and a relay switch. As long as they are in business we will continue taking our cars there and supporting their business.
