We love this place! Juan went over our teen daughter’s X1 with a fine tooth comb and told us the car is in excellent shape. We won’t take the car back to the dealership in North Houston, their customer service is a joke, sorry to say. They keep your car for days with no communication and don’t even provide a loaner car. North Houston Beemer will get you in and out lickety split and very trustworthy! Highly recommend!

As a person employed in the automotive industry, specifically service management and direction, I know the business and how it should theoretically operate. So the dreaded Check Engine Light comes on in my BMW X3 and I pull the code with my simple code reader and the issue was potentially quite complex, so I took it to North Houston Beemer where I was professionally met and they immediately took my car back to the technicians. They pinpointed the problem and had a solution and price to get me going within the time I was in their clean and nice waiting area. I work in the American car industry so the fact that they know German cars and were able to get me an answer so quickly was impressive because BMWs can be complex to deal with. I checked around and their price was not the most expensive and not the cheapest and that made my very comfortable because cheap is never good and who wants to waste money and be overcharged. So I gave the approval and they fixed my car, which now runs great, no check engine light, no issues and I feel great about my car again and I was really worried because the code it pulled could have been multiple things and it is problems like that do make even a car guy worry. Thank you Juan and Edgar for also getting my car back to me so quickly which saved me on my rental car. I think North Houston Beemer is reasonably priced, professional and competent. They seemed like really nice people too.

I always take my Mini for its oil change here. I've had a few small maintenance repairs since my car has been out of warranty since 2018 i.e. brakes, spark plugs, ignition coils etc. Nothing crazy, but my vehicle has all original 272k miles since I bought it brand new in 2012. North Houston Beemer is very reasonable and accommodating. Juan and Edgar are very friendly and are able to point you in the right direction. Here's hoping I can get my Mini to 500k miles with their help!
