Truly one of the best car mechanic repair shops, definitely the best in The Woodlands and Houston. ✨ I usually work on my cars but since meeting this team they have gone above and beyond and I do all my work with them. If they can’t do the work, they know who can. They will give you the lowest price with the best work. I recently brought my car to this Goodyear location for a front alignment and had an exceptional experience! The front desk employee, Ferris, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand exactly what was needed to complete the alignment. Even though I had recently replaced the steering rack, Ferris took the time to fully inspect my car and ensure that everything was in working order before proceeding with the alignment. I was impressed with the level of attention to detail and customer service that I received from this location. It's clear that they value their customers and take pride in their work. Been working with these guys here at Good Year since they took over ownership, and frankly, because of the professionalism and great service, I won’t go anywhere else. My truck has almost 200k miles on it, and it runs like new because of the work they have done over the years. This place rescued me a year ago when I broke down a block from their shop . They are honest and straight forward- patient and flexible. I’ve used them several times since the break down and they’ve continued to surpass my expectations. My brother is a mechanic in Austin and I run everything by him and he’s amazed at how fair they are. Especially since they’re dealing with a single female. I never feel taken advantage of. That’s priceless to me.

Jason and his team are absolutely amazing! Not only is he able to service my PMC, he is also able to service the PM 3500 in which I will be upgrading to soon. It's quite difficult to find a shop that can service the 3500 and Jason and his team are extremely knowledgeable and well qualified to do so. Not only was he able to squeeze me into a busy day for a battery issue along with multiple trouble codes including a throttle body error message, Jason truly cares about building trust for a positive client relationship. Jason and his team has earned my repeat business in which I definitely highly recommend them to anyone who has vehicle issues.

This shop is awesome, they can do it all at a very affordable price! The staff is very professional, friendly, and efficient! Very organized and clean place, they do it all! Even alignment on dually’s. Their life time alignments are a sweet deal! Specially since I have a lifted truck and Firestone won’t align my truck. They fixed my suspension in no time, and fixed all electrical issues on my wife’s car. They definitely got a costumer for life, tired of getting scammed by other shops with unnecessary repairs and expensive quotes! Wish them the best!

Earlier in the year I had these folks repair an engine cooling sensor issue. After a a few months I had the issue again. They, with no question asked ensured my issue was corrected and ensured it under warranty/no cost. This month, I had a major engine failure. These guys did a full engine replacement and I couldn’t be happier. I was worried the truck wouldn’t run the same (rougher etc). But, the truck runs perfectly and can’t even tell I even had an engine replaced. I can’t compliment these guys enough. They do great work. And if there is an issue/concern, they make sure to make it right! I will be going to them for all of my vehicle maintenance needs…

I’ve come here a few times now because of bad experiences with Firestone, and Goodyear has always done a great job. Today I had to bring my car in again after Firestone didn’t actually fix what they said they did, which caused my car to overheat all over again—after they charged me about $500 for “fixing” the issue in the first place. Jason, the manager, and everyone at Goodyear are always honest, helpful, and straightforward. I’ve never had a problem here. They do things right the first time, and I really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend.

I tell you what this is the shop to go to for anything! By speaking with everyone at the shop they are all honest, they wont oversell but make sure you get exactly what you need. They got me in and out quickly, they even went above and beyond to let me know what other things to keep an eye on. All the guys have a good sense of humor and it definitely makes you feel comfortable. If your against the wall about coming to this shop dont be, because they will definitely get you taken care of. I cant remember the front desk guys name but he is very helpful and honest, I actually had a blast there just getting the car worked on. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything! I passed up firestone appointment i made to come here and it was the perfect choice. To the owner you have a great group of guys!
