I can’t tell you all enough good things about this shop, my truck had been to two different shops and every time I took it somewhere else I left with a new problem , and hella over charged being a female . He looked at my car and told me the problem, we got the part and I returned it back to him and had the problem fixed.my truck has a lift and I have a ton of problems with anyone wanting to touch it . But they did no questions asked . I will most definitely be back and they earned a life long customer. If you have issues take it to him and his staff they are amazing . You will not leave disappointed and it will be fixed correctly . This is definitely an honest hard working team and they deserve your business. They enjoy the work and will help you get it fixed and back on the road .

This shop is the best!!! They do honest work at a good price and don’t try to get you to do unnecessary work like a dealership does. They let you know what work is urgent and should be taken care of and what can wait and explain it to you plainly so that you can understand what your options are. I’m never taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a tire go low on the interstate and pulled off the first exit and saw this shop. I been out of work since April, been having a hard time finding work and when it couldn’t get any worse, I start smelling gas when I park my car. My first visit to Good Year was incredibly informative, professional, and Sam the Mgr answered all my questions, so I went back to find out what the gas smell was. After finding out the repairs and the cost, I started to cry, not something I needed added to my plate being out of work. I was shocked when Sam the Mgr said they were going to cover the cost to repair my car. If you want someone that is caring and customer oriented and will be honest, professional, and answer all your questions go see Sam and his team at Good Year at 25904 Interstate 45 Spring Texas 77386 I will return as long as Sam is there.
